I never leave bad reviews but I’m actually baffled at the terrible customer service I just received. Ordered from this location with a coupon I got from an order I made previously that took over an hour to arrive. My new order never came. I called the store to see what was up, they said they tried calling me, no missed calls on my end. I asked why they didn’t just leave it at the door? Was told that’s not their policy because of bugs/theft. Even though contactless delivery is an option? I would understand if I lived in an apartment or something but I live in a house. Also if delivery was made and any of that happened it would be on my end. The order was paid for so I asked what could be done and was told I would have to place a new order and no refund would be given and was told with attitude that I wasted their gas. also got hung up on. L O L. give me a break! you’ll be saving a lot on gas because we will never be ordering from this establishment ever again.
Staying at Kalahari and wanted some late night food. On the way a major thunder/lightning storm happened that caused the power to go out right when we got to Burger King. We luckily kept driving and seen Dominos and was greeted by Mr. Kamaijee who made such a small act of kindness by opening the door for me to get me out of the rain. They had no problem taking a brand new order from me and my hungry family of 6. Mr. Durand and Mr. Quade we’re working and each one of them treated me with genuine customer service which is not something you find these days. Their professionalism was a breath of fresh air. These guys out here working hard for the company and representing the right way. They are setting the standard on how to treat guests especially out of towners like us. We had to write a review to highlight their genuine kindness and hope that they get the recognition they deserve.
