How can Dunkin be the MOST inconsistent when making coffee? An iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and I guess ZERO ice?? It’s all milk and sugar. Literally NO coffee! You all HAVE to find a way to make coffee consistently - for real! Waste of money. AGAIN. Just paid $4 for sweet milk. Awesome. The service was fine. Girl was friendly. That’s it!

Hands down the worst Dunking store I've been to, every time I go inside the wait is incredibly stupid, ( I'm the only person standing there) totally ignored while employees are laughing, and playing around listening to R&B music, no Acknowledgment at all. 10 min. Wait time the norm. Then rude. It's the only Dunkin in my aria, Starbucks is right down the road, maybe time for a change

Went to go through the drive thru to order a half of dozen of donuts for my office and the person working the drive thru told me I needed to come into the store so he didn't have to name me off 14 different donuts, witch I totally get, then I just asked if they could give me all frosted donuts then rudly replied back like I said no come in. Very poor service for someone who was just look to get 6 donuts!!!

Wow, what a wonderful experience! Just got gas and went in to get coffee, and let me tell you, staff like this can make your entire day. Such friendly, professional, wonderful people. Beautiful smiles, wonderful service, the warm feeling will last me my entire day. Thank you, dearest Dunkin staff! I don't know you, ladies, but you are absolutely wonderful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
