They’re doing their best. And their best is really REALLY good! Although today they had a rough time ? I felt so bad but anyways,The foods really good, I’ve always been a huge fan of Jimmy John’s. Today they kept messing up my order and remade my sandwich 4 times. 2 sandwiches weren’t my order at all and the other 1 was made wrong. Out of all 4 sandwiches only 1 was made right lol. I felt really bad they were having a hard time tonight. I think they might have had a new hire. On the bright side I got to have all 4 sandwiches for the price of 1! They were all delicious sandwiches.Food is clearly a 5/5! I’ve never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy John’sService is 4/5 because throughout all of this the employee was very sweet and apologeticAtmosphere is a 4/5 because sometimes they’re warm and friendly and other times it can feel awkward. But it’s a place of business. You order, pay and then leave with your food. Everything typically runs smoothly.

I had a miscommunication for an event and placed my order in the wrong city. I walked and Kayla and Kamari were absolutely incredible in getting the food made quickly and accurately for my event. They did this on the fly!! Props and thanks to them!!’

Ate here recently for what we thought would be a quick lunch but came away disappointed. We were the only customers when we arrived but the two workers on staff were overwhelmed with online orders so that was our first delay. Once we did get to order and pay they lost our receipt/order and simply forgot about us. After a 15-20 minute wait and watching several new customers order and get their food ahead of us we questioned the manager as to when we would receive our food. The manager (who was also the sandwich maker) simply did not recognize us and had completely forgotten about us. Eventually, after being in the store for approximately 30 minutes we received our food. I feel that this location is simply understaffed and overwhelmed. Great sandwiches but beware that you may have to wait a while!

Ordered delivery. Took over two hours to receive my order. After an hour called to see if I could get a status on the order and I was told there’s orders before mine it’s out. That’s fine if there are orders before mine but I still didn’t get my order for another hour. Ordered extra cheese on my sandwich. It came with four slices of cheese on it with some avocado. I paid around 20 bucks. Very disappointed.

Order online, and it took over 2 hours to receive my order that I had set for 20 minutes after I ordered it. Ended up canceling my order after an hour and 45 minutes and getting my money back, and then 15 minutes later, they arrived, and I told them no thank you and to take it back.
The attitude of the staff was really disrespectful and they acted like they were doing us a favor. I ordered an unwich as did my companion. I got an unwich, he didn't. He didn't bring it to their attention because they were so unprofessional. We will think hard before return to his particular location.

Back when I was able to work we use the phone in orders to Jimmy John's from the job site, and boom they were there just like that!!! You order it how you like it always freshly sliced, and not a lot of waiting around. They have great specials with chips and drinks to go along and even a little bit of desert if you wish. I would always highly recommend Jimmy John's as it is one of my favorites, they definitely know what making subs is all about.

This is the second time our food has been a hour late. This time has been a hour and half. The time is still running as I type. When we called and asked about our order, we were told "We only have one driver" and hung up up the phone. I work in the food industry and I get it. However, if you don't have the staff either don't accept deliveries or out source to door dash.
