Placed online order at 237pm for pick up at 515pm. Got ther at 515 Pizza was still cooking. They didn't even have the cheesy bread ready either. The restaurant smelled like pot and not one single employee even greeted when walked in after standing there for lime 5 mins they said can I take your order I told them placed it online they said it not done still cooking. Will never go here again

They had in their ad that they were giving veterans a personal pizza for veterans day until 2pm. 2 veterans went there at 1:30 and they told them that they stopped at 1pm.

According to their pizza tracker, my pizza was done and being boxed up for 20 minutes. I walk inside goo directly to the pizza portal which is empty. I informed the team member I was there for a pickup order. He walked around for a minute and found my order which was sitting out getting cold. The bread sticks were old and dried out. I seriously doubt that I will order from that location again. First time shame on you, second time shame on me for going back.Wheelchair accessibility: None

Walk in and get stared at by the dude at the counter who doesn't even ask how he can help you. Then the pizza so hard you cant even bite into it. That's why you got no tip. Then call and tell you and basically get hung up on. Rude!!!

The woman taking orders was rude and impatient..while passively informing me that the only thing they had were hot and ready pepperoni or cheese pizza. Evidently, nothing else could be made... Being in a hurry, I took a chance on one, and it was clear that the pizza had been sitting for a very long time. I sure hope this was because the restaurant is shutting down for good.
