Saturday, October 23, 2021, perch dinner was great but the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly. That really kills the overall experience for customers.

Horrible customer service. Staff was flat out rude and we were made to feel like we were ruining their life by being there. We won't go back!

It is what it is. The person taking the order at the window is not friendly. Do they need to be?Two perch sandwiches, one order of fries and two cokes were $24.The sandwiches were really good. The fries were average. It is a quaint little place with no inside seats.

Never opened and when they advertise they're open for fish cleaning, they're not. They were out of Perch, 3 of us limited out and they could have had some nice perch right from us. INSTEAD, the grumpy woman said we could leave it and were going to but she never opened the door for us to leave it, NEEDLESS TO SAY, AVOID THIS PLACE.

The sandwiches never disappoints! Walleye or perch sandwich either one is a good choice. The staff is friendly and are pro's at what they do and are super efficient. They run out of fish once in a while, but once you taste it you will see why they run out. They are seasonal which might add to some the reason it is so good, you long for it and now I am dreading the thought of them closing for the season. A home town kind of place, check it out!

Found this on our way to Cedar Point and it was a nice little surprise. The clam strip dinner was huge and delicious. We really enjoyed this place. If in the area and looking for good priced seafood New Sandusky Fish Company is a good stop

First time here after all the years of living here. Wanted a fish sandwich for lunch and did not want one from the BIG chain restaurants. Sandwich was big! The perch cooked just right, flakey, not heavy or saturated in oil. The bun was a great compliment to the perch, and the tarter sauce was great! Thank you for a great lunch!

Definitely the best place in Sandusky to get fresh perch and walleye. Little hole in the wall with no indoor seating, so either plan on getting food to go or sit outside at a picnic table near the building. Portions are huge so come hungry.
Been here a handful of times. Fish pretty good. But today it was average my husband and I split the half pound perch and half pound walleye $25 got a small container of tarter sauce no silverware and had to ask for salt and pepper. The women behind the counter taking your order was horribly rude. If you hate your job that much Quit! Nobody needs your attitude. Won't be visiting there again, For what you pay you can have good service and better food and fresh fish elsewhere!

Been here twice this year because I wanted to give them a second chance , perch sandwich was horrible both times and the lady behind counter very rude. Will stick to the other place on perkins avenue. Never had bad food there and the help very polite.

We had been hearing such good things about this business so we finally made it there yesterday. Sad to say it was a huge disappointment. The person taking orders was extremely rude. The perch was lightly breaded and good but they were out of sandwich accompaniments less than two hours after opening so we had a plain dry sandwich on a tiny bun. The French fries were from a bag of frozen and overcooked. All in all it was just a very unpleasant experience. We won't be going back!

I wasn't crazy about this place. It was pretty much an average, if not below average fast food joint. Just keeping it real! Everything was fried, and there were no vegetables available even for a sandwich. Luckily my brother was able to eat here because he has allergies. The fish are all fried with buttermilk, but the fries and hot dogs and chicken were all okay for him to eat. (Eggs, milk, nut allergy) Even though he could eat here, the food just tasted okay, nothing special. The sandwich actually tasted pretty dry and gross. I couldn't even eat the rest of it. The fries were good though! And so was the service, everyone was nice.
