Guy went to scan the app and broke my whole screen protector, didn’t offer to do anything with it even though he knew he dropped my phone, then after get into parking lot to eat and my chicken teriyaki was below room temp, and disgusting.
I went to order my dinner around 7:30 pm and it wasn't much of a wait but when I ordered my food the lady taking my order was a little impatient with me. I got home about an hour or so later and was ready to eat. I order the orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken was good but the rice was a little under cooked. Overall a good meal just wish the rice was cooked more.

The past few times the orange chicken has been very small pieces w/ hardly any chicken inside mostly all breading, cold and hard. I even get there not long after they open thinking it should be fresh. The Chow Mein has a lot of cabbage pieces w/ not much flavor. Sad if this is the new standard for the cost. Definitely not what it use to be at some other locations. Unless they all changed.

Not coming back here. I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sweet Fire Chicken with Lo Mein, spent $17 on that, and I got the Lo Mein and nothing else…… makes sense right? I called back and didn’t even get a refund for it. I guess that’s what you get for trusting fast food workers to actually do their jobs. If I could give this place a 0 I would in a heartbeat

Never knew until today when ordering the bigger plate it is all stuffed in one container. Every other location puts the 3rd entree in a separate small box. Orange chicken and lo mein was burned. Mushroom chicken had 2 pieces of chicken and it was all thrown together. Looks like we still have to travel to Avon for decent Panda Express foid. It was great when it first opened with all the managers helping from other locations.
