Just ordered from the Panera app, for delivery. Half the food is missing. Tried to call in to speak with someone 3 times, and no one answers the phone, then the call is disconnected. Very unsatisfied. Receipt is supposed to be signed off on, and that wasn't done. I'm missing $18.00 in food.

Everytime I would stop here they never have much of anything, what kind of place runs out at 10:30am of bagels ? I could see 3 or 4pm but 10:30am and it's been the past 3 times I have come in there . If you run out everytime maybe you should up your amount wint be back it's a waste of time to stop here they never make enough for the day !

My black forest ham sandwich was great. It took about 30 min. Definitely not fast. I just wish the sandwich was offered in a smaller size.Parking: The parking is crowded if you drive a big truck. Ok, for small cars.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchairs. I'm not sure about the restroom.

I give Panera (in general) 3 stars because I like the idea of having a sippers club, but every Panera I visit struggles to keep coffee full. Hot water is regularly lukewarm. Creamers are empty or spoiled, etc. This comes after being a club member for about 4 months and visiting Paneras in Sandusky, Lyndhurst, and South Euclid. I don't blame the staff because they're clearly shorthanded. It's regional management, staffing policy, and/or training issues, I'm guessing.

When traveling I know I can always count on Panera…not this time. My first impression was the bathroom where the garbage can was overflowing, it hadn’t been emptied in a LONG time. The ice machine was not working, both of our soups were lukewarm, and my husbands French Onion soup had no melty cheese. My salad was pretty good. When emptying our dishes into the bins, I was shocked to see LOTS of food and liquids covering the bottom of the bins. I believe those are supposed to be cleaned occasionally, at least they’re usually very clean at other Paneras we’ve visited. After a long day on the road I was hoping for my regular Panera experience, unfortunately this was not it.`

Ordered a 17 person catering order, nothing was labeled with names that were provided or what the orders were. Several were messed up, on had a dead moth, and several salads had full flowered greens. When we called to discuss the issues they blew us off and said a higher up manager would call, they did not. We will not use or recommend them again.
