Great pizza, great service. Its in a busy location, so having a little patience goes a long way wjth these guys. I had to wait 10 extra minutes than what they said to get my pizza. No big deal to me, but they brought me a 2 liter for no charge. Thanks guys

This is a pizza hut, and the pizza tastes like pizza hut pizza. Not bad, not the best. No complaints with the ordering and pickup process. Pizza was good temp and consistent with every other pizza hut pizza. Stuffed crust is the best.

I was really hope they were great. I’m staying at great wolf lodge, with my children. It looked fresh but took a bite and yuck idk if it’s the sauce or what but dominos I will never betray you again. Please forgive me.

I pullled up and ordered a large 3 topping pizza and bread sticks all for $15 drove around and waited like 15min, and they had nice paper plates and napkins, good since where staying at a hotel nearby, food was tasty!
The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. If you enter delivery instructions in the app it does not transfer to the store apparently. And so it is then it is the customers fault they are not followed. The manager did not care to offer any kind of discount for this error since they did not deliver my food and it’s “not their fault.” And it is also my fault that I did not have my cell phone number entered in, instead I have my home number entered. Since I am at work ordering food my family did not know that food was ordered. But again the manager put me at full blame for all of this.

I am very disappointed in the Sandusky Pizza Hut. I called to place an order and the phone was answered by a person with a very heavy accent who I could barely understand. He took my name, phone number, and address, then asked for my zip code. I did not understand what he was asking for when he asked for my zip code and he then preceded to explain to me what a zip code was. I told him that I just hadn't understood what he had said and gave him my zip code. I told him I wanted to order a large pizza and my son's BookIt prize for June. He then said "hold on" and immediately placed me on hold. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes. I then hung up and my husband called back and asked for a manager. He told my husband that I was lying and that I had never called. I never even got to order my pizza. The manager told my husband to call back and just order a pizza tomorrow. This was utterly ridiculous. I will never call this Pizza Hut again.

I won't give them my business anymore. I see there delivery cars by my house all day. they say they can't deliver to my house because my address "doesn't pop up on their computer" they are 7 minutes away for crying out loud.
