Our waitress was Cathy. She was very attentive to our table. It was me, my mom, and 7 year old niece. Restaurant was super busy, and she still was very attentive. Food portions are HUGE. Food was delicious ? We also all got dessert and man are we stuffed to our brim! The cannolis are made table side. We had a moderate wait time for our food, but considering how busy they were, it was well worth it! Save room for dessert! Food is beyond delicious and worth the wait and prices! Definitely a must try if visiting Kalahari Resort in Ohio!

Amazing experience!!!We came to kalahari as a get away from my small family. I had the worst experience in this restaurant. It was my sons birthday and I wanted to make it special like I do it for him every year. Before dining in I called the restaurant and asked the manager what they do special for birthdays. I asked her if they play some sort of birthday song and she said that we dont play but we sing birthday song to your table with the servers (basically like wishing) when we bring the dessert. I thought that okay I wont have to leave resort and will celebrate the birthday here. The server (forgot his name) was very rude and off... I told him that I talked to manager and she said that staff will sing birthday to my son (other places like sugar factory does it so I wasnt expecting something that doesnt happen before) and he pretended like he is shocked of what I am talking about and said that he doesnt have singing skills...Lol... I was told that my son will be wished by servers or staff... I didnt ask him to hold a violin and sing... but at that point I didnt say anything as I was shocked by his rude behavior... didnt order the birthday dessert and paid what we ate and left... thanks for ruining my sons special day.. and then they asked me to email all my details ... that I did and no one bothered to get back to me. Also plz dont reply me now as I wont answer any calls or emails anymore
