That was probably the most disgusting restaurant I have ever come to. I didn't mind ordering at the Kiosk. However you have to scan a QR for the pop. We didn't understand that when we did it. So didn't get a QR Code. EVERY table in the restaurant was dirty. The staff was nice but the food was terrible. Not what I remember Steak n Shake Being. The floors were also gross. The place to throw the stuff away was absolutely gross. The chili was water. We all 3 only ate half our food. I have no plans on coming back.

Ignore the bad reviews. The food was soooo good, and SUCH a good value vs great wolf prices. My wife, 11 year old and I ate like kings for $30, sugar, napkins, sauces, spoons, forks, everything was quick and easy to grab and readily available at the pick up area. I can't explain enough the value and quality of food. The best meal we've had all weekend and the first 3 were in the lodge. Well done!

I am from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where we used to have a few Steak ‘n Shakes but unfortunately they all started closing 5-6 years ago. So when I was in Ohio and I drove by this Steak ‘n Shake and actually seen cars in the parking lot I was thrilled because I looovveee me some Steak ‘n Shake and I was under the impression they were all closed for business! So we happily stopped and grabbed a bite…The food was everything I remembered and more, chefs kiss for the food! My little one especially loved the fries. My bacon cheeseburger was delish as well. The atmosphere & service? Ehhh, not so great. But that’s not what we were there for. You walk in and order your own food on a computer and then you seat yourself and get your own drinks/refills, condiments, eating utensils and napkins. This is not a table service type of restaurant with waiters/servers. The “service” and style is more comparable to eating inside of a McDonald’s or Burger King. There was a little bit of a wait and I did feel bad because there was literally only ONE women working in the entire place and it was starting to get busy as we were leaving but she cooked our food fresh and it was so yum. Definitely worth the stop! Hopefully they hire more people but if not I would try to go during their less busy hours if you don’t want a longer-ish wait.Parking: Fairly large, off-street, free and private parking lot that is only for Steak ‘n Shake customers. The parking lot is located directly in front of Steak ‘n Shake.

Horrible service, slow, food was ok... I had to do 90% of the work... all they do here is cook the food and bring it to the counter and call your name. I'm from around here and this place is going down hill from when they first opened.. this place is pathetic and will not be returning. It's sad that no one really wants to work anymore.. make the customer do your job for you.

Let??me??tell??you about this place…we stayed at great wolf lodge, and steak n’ shake was adjacent. Being from Buffalo,NY(go Bills) every time we can find a steak n’ shake, we’re going. It was about our hundredth time eating here, and without getting into specifics, you need to eat here. Homemade milkshakes so thick and creamy, but you’ll never choke on it because the delicious garlic butter off of the garlic butter double steak burger acts like lube down your throat. Steak patties made fresh to order by staff that knows what TF they’re doing. Highly recommend

The staff was the friendliest staff I’ve ever met a Steak ‘n Shake. The restaurant was clean and the food was excellent. This visit changed my opinion of the restaurant chain. We did have an issue where something was forgotten from our burger, and they corrected it with a smile and an apology. Excellent customer service. The value of food was also excellent. We fed four people for five dollars a piece.Kid-friendliness: Booths make it easy to eat with toddlers and younger children. Fried and shakes are a hit with our kids.

Did an online order my order did not go through charge two different cards on me two times the manager was amazing he made everything right and gave me my food not all of my food but most which was very thankful that manager deserves a raise whoever Thursday night the 11
