On Wednesday, 8/2/23, my kids and I stopped at the Subway on Venice Rd in Sandusky to pick up sandwiches on our way to Cedar Point. The four ladies that were working there that day were so personable and friendly. They provided amazing customer service and made delicious sandwiches. I didn't get their names, but I'm hoping they see this and know how much I appreciated their kindness. It set a great tone for the day and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

The bacon was discolored, the meat was undercooked. I went to the hospital for food poisoning the day after eating my sub.

Today my fiancé and I ordered our usual subway sandwiches, but there was nothing usual about it, in the best way!! Not only did the manager (who we didn't catch her name) make our sandwiches super yummy, but the customer service was SO friendly and fast! Mark at the cash register was so sweet and funny, we honestly can't wait to go back and see him!! Thanks Mark & Subway for brightening up our day at the Venise road Sandusky Subway!

Every time I try to go in and order a sub they tell me if I don’t have a pick up order they can’t get to me for 25 minutes or more, the last time they did serve me I watch them make a sandwich after handling cash and not washing hands or changing out gloves.

Placed a phone order father had to pick it up is handicapped and was told he had to come in to pick it up and can’t come to the drive thru window. The person who took my order was rude mrs. Jackson very rude won’t be back. The place doesn’t care about handicapped was told the manager knew about my father said they would only do it this time and was given Uber eats flyers. But told my dad that he shouldn’t use them. Very bad service.....
