Decided to eat our 44th wedding anniversary at Texas Roadhouse, one of our absolute favorites. Here from out of town on a weekend getaway and wasn't really sure what to expect ? As with every other place, sometimes it's a hit and miss. Was so pleasantly surprised! We added our names to the wait-list, was told 20-25 min wait. And upon entering the parking lot 15-20 min's later was notified our table was ready. Was seated quickly. Even tho the place was very, very, busy, albeit a Sunday afternoon. Our waitress was immediately at our table, our drinks were brought quickly. Our order was delivered within minutes! I just have to say my husband and I were absolutely delighted with our meal. Our steaks were cooked EXACTLY how we ordered. (And if I'm being honest, that doesn't happen as often as we'd like. Js.) Our potatoes were fresh and hot. And I rec'd the extra butter I has requested the first time! Salad was great. Rolls? Please, need I say more? So a HUGE shout out, THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE MEAL ON OUR SPECIAL DAY!! ?❤️?P.S. And also a big Thank You to the young man (busser?) for stopping me before I walked into the men's restroom and re-routed me to the women's! ?

If I could give this one a 0 star review I would. It took them 3 times to get my Stake right My salad was soggy and my rolls were dry and hard. My boyfriend's food was bland. Overall disappointed with my experience.

Steak was tuff and undercooked...I'm dissatisfied this time around. I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu.....I don't send my steak back for obvious reasons. I won't stop going, hopefully it was a one time thing. I'm usually very satisfied with my meal. The service is always top notch ? the waiting staff is very attentive,and the atmosphere is always awesome ! Until next time ! Cheers !

Everything was delicious. Steaks were so tender. Waitress was very nice. Not bad on prices and the only reason they got a 4 for the food is because the fries were over cooked. Other than that will return. Glad the peanuts are gone.

The best food and service hands down!! We walked in about 45 minutes before they closed Easter Sunday and was treated like they just opened. Everyone even the General Manager was very welcoming and friendly even though they were closing at 9pm that day. The real M.V.P was the bartender, Cassie. Not only did she attend to the fully seated bar but she managed to get our orders and refill bread. The food was so hot and delicious and the portions were more than generous too!! I had to hurry up and take the picture before it was all gone.

Waited 40 minutes for foid after seated. Talked to manager she was not very consoling. Steak was supposed to havw onions and mushrooms it didn't. Waiter had to be asked to bring my salad after 25 minutes. Manager made Bill 27 dollars but i was so upset watching people come in and be served and leave after we had been in there 20 minutes before they were seated. Waiter kept saying medium rare steaks get done much quicker than medium. Full of bull. First bad experience ever. Been going there since they opened. Manager seemed like she was a mean girl not a Manager trying to make things better. Done with this place which i use to love. My husband has diabetes and took his insulin so thank god for the Rolls

I try not to frequent chains, but we are here and chains are what we have. The food was good. The atmosphere was welcoming, and clean. The BEST part, and what the 5 stars is for was our server, Liv. She was so great, patient, and considerate. She took excellent care of us, and of our kids, and she checked in just enough. Thank you, Liv!!

I came here to celebrate my friends birthday. We both left to go to the restroom, and we are gone for no more than 5 minutes. We come back to our food being thrown away, when no food was even touched at all, then when we were about to pay, I asked to speak to the manager, Jocelyn. She came over, we told her about the situation and she said "oh alot of the people here speak Spanish." Then went on about how they don't understand what they are doing. And they just see a table with no people & start bussing. My friend is Hispanic, so we found that incredibly offensive. Then, when Jocelyn returned, she had given us the completely wrong receipt. I'm very unhappy about our experience and hope Jocelyn has the day she's deserves.
Absolutely phenomenal service tonight! Our daughter’s steak came out over cooked twice but our waitress Tabby and the manager on duty went above and beyond to make the third time be the charm because it was finally perfect! And not only that but she got my daughter ice cream while she waited AND gave us a coupon for when we return. None of which was necessary! Cannot wait to come back! Such amazing service! Thank you so much!

Classic Texas Roadhouse! Great service and food. I ordered the grilled BBQ Chicken with a sweet potato and green beans. My husband got the ribs and steak duo. Sweet tea and Raspberry Lemonade. You cannot go wrong with Texas Roadhouse!

They have the worst wait system. When you think your on the wait list you find out later that your not. Then they make you either wait in your car or sit in a freezing cold room that everyone opens the door to let cold air in. Plus the girl at check in isn’t very nice.
