It seems as if this Walmart location is starting to take steps to better organize their store, which is great considering how bad it was a year ago. Typically, I drive the 20 minutes into Norwalk to go to Walmart, as that store tends to be much cleaner, more organized, and feels safer to be in, but lately I have been going to the Sandusky location for a few items and the experience has become much more positive. Ok, I know what you are thinking - 5 star, Walmart? Really? YES! I hate Walmart with a passion, but this Walmart in Sandusky OH makes me change my mind. This place is clean, people are nice, aisles are open and neat, veggies and fruits organized like a Publix. I am in shock and awe. They have items you can't find anywhere- Baja Blast Mountain Dew? Frontera chipotle salsa? We stocked up!

So lately we've been doing the pickup method for our stuff when we can and usually in a different Walmart store, not this one in Sandusky. I was working nearby and decided to put in an order to pickup on the way home after I got off work that day. About 1/2 hour AFTER the time I was supposed to pick up, I got a text message AND an email saying "We're extremely busy today and are running behind. We will let you know when your order is ready for pickup. DELAYED". So... I wait. Over...read full review
