It was my first time ever having Charley's and it was a lot better than I expected. Service when I first walked it was great I was greated at the counter with a smile. Food was great. I had the Chicken California with a side of cheese and ranch fries. If you want a great sub sandwich and a pleasant experience I would definitely recommend coming here.

If I could give negative stars I would. Restaurant was dirty. Placed a to go order, found a long dark hair in our food. Called the store, the phone rang so long then I got hung up...called back talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. He didn't even offer or wouldn't offer a store credit. Will never go back. ??

This place was okay. Quality was not that of the mall Charlie's and they did forget to give us our cheese cup we paid for. Not super friendly or outgoing staff.
