Staff admitted to making the wrong blizzard. Didn't realize till I got home. Would not credit a new one unless I brought back the wrong one . With the price of gas,no way. They got me for $5.

Went through the drive thru, Employee was short. Not impolite but not courteous. Got home. One item was wrong. I didn't bother to call because their sign says I have to give them the wrong one back. I wasn't driving 20 min back because they messed up. The sign says to check the order because they may make a mistake because of the "increased volume."An extra 10 seconds to make sure the order was right would have been nice. It shouldn't be all on the customer. For the price, the order should be right. Every time.

we have tried and tried again to give this location a chance and have had many issues. cold food multiple times, wrong blizzard, and now a sandwich that was made wrong and we are told to hold onto the food item until we can return to have the item remade. which, a location known for a stop for travelers, is ridiculous. not holding onto a molder sandwich for a week or so until I make my way back.

Placed a mobile order here, this store is the worst with mobile orders. Got an estimated time of 8:51 pm didn’t receive my order till I asked what’s taking so long 30 minutes past estimated time. Restaurant was extremely dirty. Watched them take orders off their screens and then further claim that they “lost the order”. Restaurant workers are somewhat nice depending on who you talk to.

First off they double charged my order. Had to get them to refund and reorder. Get the 5$ 2oz of ice cream, continue my drive by getting on the highway, and what do I discover? 2oz of chocolate milk! I call to ask for a refund, and unless I turn around and give them back the product there is "nothing" they can do! (Would have taken a minimum of 10min to turn around) Mistakes will happen, no problem, but make them right! Do better Dairy Queen!

Stopped for some ice cream and was very impressed. The store was extremely clean and well kept up. Charley, the sweet girl that took our order, was just a doll. She helped get us taken care of and brought out our ice cream.

Terrible! They say they are open until 9pm but I went at 8:49 and they said they were closed on the inside and it was drive through only even though the door was unlocked.. closed on inside? Oh you mean LAZY!!
