The food is always good. The service however is always slow. Delivery is the biggest issue. I live in town and no matter what day of the week or time of day, it always takes atleast an hour to get the food.

Worst food I've had in a pretty long time. Pizza sauce tasted like pure tomato paste, chef salad had water in bottom for some reason and the swiss cheese tasted old and was hard and dry. The cinnamon bread was so dry you couldnt even bite into them. Whole meal went into garbage.

It's been awhile since we had defelice pizza and it used to be great. We got taco pizza and it does not even remotely taste like taco pizza not to mention they didn't give us any taco sauce. Also got BBQ chicken pizza and they messed it up and joked and said it was their bad so had to wait for another to be made. The chicken on the pizza was horrible. We are very disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Would not recommend ordering from Shadyside defelice. I hope their other locations have better service and better tasting food.

Called in a food order for a couple of co-workers and myself today said would be ready in a half hour for pick up I wait come down to pick up my food PAY IN FULL to get told oh we missed your whole pizza so you can wait another 15-30 minutes until we can make you a pizza or refund you. -_- so glad I waisted my lunch and ruined everyone else’s lunch. All while I believe possible manager, or even owner/co-owner is sitting there eating minding their own business while overhearing everything that has been said, and not getting up and interfering and trying to make the situation better or even just apologize for what had happened. I understand everywhere is shortstaffed, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues

Too many bad experiences with Shadyside Defelice. Definitely never ordering from here ever again. Delivery has been very disappointing multiple times having to wait an hour and a half or more. Today I ordered at 6:53pm for pickup, he said 20 minutes, I went to the drive thru at 7:20, dozed off waiting behind a Jeep for over 20 minutes, the guy at the window said to pull up and wait, it’ll be another 20 minutes or so. No matter whether it’s delivery or pickup, it’s a disappointment every time, I’ll never order from Shadyside Defelice again.
They were busy young man working was fast taking care of making all food that was ordered needing a little help but seem to do well and kept up with phones drive thur window and making all the food awesome young man deserves and nice raise

If I could rate it zero starts I would. Ordered at 4:21pm. Called at 6pm and they said it was leaving the store. Called back at 6:30pm, over 2 hours after I placed the order. Said it was on its way but offered to refund my order. 7:15pm, still no pizza, call to find out they cancelled my order all together. I now have to wait another half hour and drive over myself to finally get my order. Hopefully I’ll get it this time.

Deserves 0 stars. This place is pathetic. Has been for a long time. Always takes over 2 hours to get your food so then food quality is not that great and on top of that there is always something missing from the order and takes another hour to get what was missing. It is unacceptable.

Great as usual. The poor fellow that took our order was the only one there. We did see the delivery guy run in and pick up 3 orders. Quite a long wait but worth it.
