Great coffee, tasty food & lovely atmosphere!!! But, make sure to check your order, before you leave. Usually customer service is good. But unfortunately, not today. My husband and I have frequented Biggby often over the last 2 months. This morning husband ordered a medium decaf Teddy Bear for me. Just the way I like it, the whipped cream dressings and all. Yum! He ordered it in a large cup so it would maintain. Once opening it, the dressings & whip were totally missing. Ok, mistakes happen. He takes it right back, and he had to pay for the coffee, again! The guy made him pay for 2 cups of coffee, on their mistake. Really!?!? Not, a big deal, but very disappointing. We'll be back! But, be SURE to check your coffee order before you leave, or you may have to "pay" for their mistake.Parking: There are about 8 spots right in front. Busy area, so you can usually find a spot.

I must say as a dunkin donuts fan, biggby coffee is definitely better. I'm so glad I found this place. You can get their largest cold brew size for around 5$ meanwhile a large latte is 7$ at dunkin. Prices on drinks aren't bad. My favorite sandwich to get is their turkey, bacon, and cheddar bagel sandwich. I pay extra to add an egg to it. Expect to pay a little more with their food but it's so worth. I try to come here once a week when I can, usually Wednesdays because they have buy one drink get one free! Also, get a biggby card so you can earn points to get rewards! If only they had a biggby in Solon. But 20 minutes is so worth it.

A coffee shop to make you fat. Since when does "iced latte" mean I want three tablespoons of sugar? The disgusting American trend to add sweeteners to coffee by default has a grip on low-level chain coffee shops like Biggby coffee. This place also serves bagel sandwiches. So gross. The only saving grace was the courteous and helpful staff. I miss the days of legit coffee shops serving up the world's most elegant breakfast beverage black and fragrant. This place is a travesty and should take the world coffee out of their name.
