Just went there for my first time. I’ve been craving apple cider since the start of Fall. It’s so good. Even their smoothies are delicious, as well. I’m eating their jumbo hash brown and it’s so good. The customer service was really good. I’m definitely coming back here, again. ???

This is the last time I give Shaker location a chance. I’m tired of my order taking 10+ mins each time for it to be wrong and still having to ask for the right thing. My coffees are usually less than half full, not sure why that’s happening but spending $6 on it you think the cup would be full. Best part of the place is Oliver, I miss when Justin was there too.

I love love love the lakewood location but idk what’s going on with this one. Wait times are awful, my orders have never been correct, portions are awful for the insane prices. I’ve never written a bad review and usually don’t care but cmon. Management really needs to train their employees so they at least have a shot. Oliver’s great though

I love this place with a passion! The service is always great and they have amazing options for vegans! My favorite two items are the Vegan breakfast burrito which is packed with goodness and an Iced chai tea with oatmilk and sugar free vanilla. The ambiance is amazing and I would highly recommend checking out this place!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don’t know how my experience ended up souring so quickly. Initially, I found them via a vegans/vegetarians page on Facebook. They were willing to bring a drink special from one location to another for me. I was so impressed with their communication and customer service. The day I was supposed to pick up the drink (that I drove 35 mins one way for), they had no idea who I was or that I was coming and informed me the drink had been thrown away!? They also couldn’t answer any of my questions about food allergens… this is a health food store that offers organic and allergen-free foods! How!? They seemed annoyed to be working at all. I was even informed that my other purchases should have been comped for my inconvenience but I paid full price for everything. Not only that, but the muffin I finally ate today had a LIVE BEETLE INSIDE THE WRAPPER. I have contacted them 3x since Sunday (it is now Friday) and have received zero communication back. What happened!? How did they go from being so incredible to going ghost and having zero accountability for a bug in their food, throwing away something I ordered, treating customers terribly, and having no experience with their products!? I’ll never go back.

One of my favorite cafe's/stores. Cafe has Vegetarian/Vegan options. Good smoothies and good fresh cooked/baked goods. Store is always clean.
With only 1 customer ahead of me, why it took over 12 minutes to get an iced latte drink is beyond me. In fact, a gentleman who entered about 10 minutes into my wait, ordered and received his beverage just before I received mine. Staff moved slowly among themselves and never acknowledged that I stood in the pick-up area waiting.Great looking spot, the menu also looked good. But the service didn't work for me

Soggy and didn't even come with maple syrup as advertised. Tastes terrible. After trying several different things, the food in general is mediocre at best. Taste should not need to be sacrificed for healthier options. Might be better in house but delivery has been really disappointing, don't get your hopes up. Smoothies and coffees are good though.
