“This place was a nice surprise. It is in a strip mall but it was nicely decorated, menu had a lot of options, my food was almost too pretty to eat, food was delicious, staff were friendly and professional, price was about $20 with a drink. I had one of the stir fry entrees.“

“The people who work here are kind and speedy. The food prep area is always clean and they do a fabulous job of making sure to minimize cross-contamination. My family and I go here at least twice a month and I have never found stray food items in my bowl. As a vegetarian, this is very important to me.“

“I’m a long time customer of Wild Ginger since I moved to Cincinnati two years ago and my experience yesterday cemented my adoration for the restaurant. My work group made a reservation that ended up being a third of the size due to some of my colleagues not showing up without notice. The server VERY graciously gave a difficult but necessary message to us about how that negatively impacted them as a small business since they unnecessarily turned down business to accommodate our reservation size.Although I’m I did stick to my reservation commitment, I know that message had a mindset shift impact on me personally that will always make me make mindful decisions on reservation commitments in the future. The food was delicious, great portion sizes and the server and the cook were so kind despite our lack of consideration!“

I ordered the pan-fried veggie dumplings and the chicken pad thai, and both were so flavorful and delicious! We got the Christmas tree roll and Volcano roll sushi to go. Good portions for the price! Pick up was easy. Ready on time. There is a small area with a selection of utensils including chopsticks and packets of duck sauce and soy sauce. Restaurant was clean and inviting. I prefer the spring roll to the egg roll. I've happily changed my review to 5 stars!The bowls are so yummy, but I'm not able to order online, because the Korean BBQ is not an option for the Kenwood location! It's an option for "extra" but not as a main choice!?!! Please fix this. I have two other bowls that I can order online, but this one ingredient is not listed. Please help! I'm now leaving my home to stand in line, instead of picking up. ?‍?“
