This is my main store. I recently misread a coupon on the app and asked if the points would be lost, they said no. The points were lost anyway. Another time I was handed an item I didn’t order which was more expense than what I ordered. They did exchange it but I had to argue with the staff to get my refund. It seems customer service is taking a bad turn at this location. That’s unfortunate since I know the same group has been running this location for almost 30 years.

I was disappointed once when my order didn't go through the online system, now again I'm dealing with the same thing on a different morning and they're just telling me they have no receipt so the order didn't come through even though my money is gone and I have no sandwich. This is one of the most disappointing dunkins I've ever been to. The people are rude and short and seem like they don't want to be there. One out of five stars on everything . Please an executive needs to check the store out.

Went inside the Dunkin' store. The gentleman was taking care of the drive-thru customers when I came in. I stood at his counter for 10 minutes with him even addressing me. Not a "hold on, I'll be with you in a moment." Nothing. I just walked out and decided to never visit that location ever again.

Its definitely a "hit or miss" on the friendly side at this location. I had to back up and blow for a straw and the woman rolled her eyes when she had to walk back. Lol the drive thru window isn't that dark sweetie. And the Arab gentleman (no means of discrimination) is always rude and unpleasant. He shoved my drink to me and slammed the window while on the phone, thats the last time I visit, I won't be back. I'm always nice though so I laughed it off. Blessings to them.

Coffee tastes terrible, quality is way under your usual expectations for Dunkin. Not savory or thick as you’d usually expect it to taste. Instead it’s very frail in taste and just tastes plain bad. Better off buying a coffee at McDonald’s to be honest.

We bought 2 dz donuts last nite for an event this morning. While I was very glad there were open and could accommodate us, the donuts were very dry by the morning. I received some complaints from the students eating the donuts. I would not recommend pre-purchasing.
