This place is an absolute joke. We decided to try it because it has great ratings on Google - that was our first mistake. This place has absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give this zero stars I would. We ordered pizza online at 7:20. Estimated time said it would be ready for pick up at 8:22. We arrived early 7:45 to be exact and my husband went to check to see if maybe it was ready because they were not busy. We watch numerous people walk in and order on the spot, the employees made their pizzas before ours!! They put our pizza in the oven at 8:16. I am stunned. We paid $53 for 2 pizzas that we don’t even want now. I’m beyond disappointed. We will not be back.

Sadly normally GREAT Pizza but I guess everyone has an off day .. friday got a XL pepperoni, sausage & extra cheese... pizza was cold, dry & completely uncut

Very bad service for just ok food !!!!!! I was told 25 minutes for a steak hoagie at lynch time. I called at 11:13am. At 12 pm they had to chase a customer out the door that they gave my food to. When I said this was supposed to be done at 11:40 am he just looked at me handed me my food and walked away !!!!! Never again !!!!!! Too many goof places to eat in blue ash to put up with that kind of bad business, and unprofessionalism !!!!!!!

My favorite pizza place right now! The biggest highlight is that the people working there are so funny. They clearly don't hate their jobs like a lot of food service people do (no shade, most food jobs suck, I get it lol). They have fun and joke with each other while making the pizzas and it's such a fun vibe to listen to chill banter.The food is super yummy! I highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch. We always go on a weeknight and they are never busy.Parking: The parking lot is to the left of the building.

Friendly staff. Bronx Bomber was just ok. Def could use some veggies in it. My main issue. Place seems dirty. The air vent, by where the pizzas sit prior to being baked, covered with old lint. Ick. . Floors- dirty. Tables, shoved together- full of food crumbs in the gas- Dirty. Didn’t attempt the bathroom. Could be nicer with a thorough deep clean.

Despite being one of two customers, the employee didn’t acknowledge me for a long time then gave me half of the food I was supposed to pick up. Plus I find it suspicious that this business is operated and funds a church. I’ll gladly get my pizza elsewhere.
