I have never posted anything like this before , but I feel that this needed to be brought to everyone's attention. On 4/25/24 at 10:20am the two people taking orders provided the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. They messed up two orders in a row infront of myself and another gentleman. Then left us there for 11 minutes without taking our orders. I could see it if they were busy , but we were the only two in the restaurant. Meanwhile they kept looking at us like they were wondering why we were standing there. I have never been so happy to walk out of a restaurant in my life. My advice. If you don't like your job , get a different one....

Rarely do I chose to go to this location but I decided to try it one more time to see if the quality had changed, it did not. The only redeeming quality is that the soda was cold, so if you want cold soda and nothing to eat this place is perfect. The bottom bun of my burger was so stale that it was rock solid and falling apart like a cracker. The meat on the burger wasn't any better, it looked like a dogs chew toy, it was falling apart, and seemed like it was heated in a microwave.There is no excuse for the way this food was prepared, it almost feels intentional. I'd assume the workers give the lowest quality of service so they don't have to deal with as many customers and can get paid the same amount. If you decided to save time by going to this location hopefully you rethink and save your stomach instead.This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a Wendy's.

I stop at this Wendy's on my way home from work occasionally and pick up dinner for my family. Of the dozen or so times that I've stopped, they have NEVER gotten my order correct. The teenagers working the drive thru window are rude and indifferent. Some changes need to be made.

Excellent location. The dining room is so nice that you could count this as dinner on date night, and you wouldn't even break the Bank. Then swing by the Columbus Zoo afterwards. Solid date idea. I had a Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich, my eyes are watering. You have to wash it down with an ice cold Root Beer. Need it delivered, order from Door Dash and I might drop it off at your door. Went through the drive through after wild lights. They were fast and the food came out really good. Everything you'd expect from a fast food

I went there yesterday and they didnt give me one of my sandwhiches i pulled back around 2 seconds later after parking and checking my food and the lady called me a liar and wouldn't give me the sandwhich i orderd so i had to call corprate just to get food that i paid

I have been having problems with this location for years. Over the years, I have rarely gone here because of how poorly it is run. I only go here a few times a year when my family wants food from here, and they always get my order wrong. It is super frustrating, and I suggest you go to the perimeter location where there aren't as many retards working. I make my order very clear every time, and they do the complete opposite of what I ask. It's like they purposely try to mess it up.

Manager was working the sandwich station and extremely rude. Staff missed multiple things on the order. Manager was giving other customers attitude over messed up orders as well. Me and my family will never frequent this particular Wendy's again. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. 4:45pm 8/22/23
