For the most part, this giant eagle is superior to its neighboring store in the city of Avon Lake. I still don't understand the rationale for why they don't have hand baskets when Heinen's does, but at least this location has the smaller carts. Do they realize customers don't like pushing a cart around? Do some data analytics on that for customer experience. Not to mention, the carts take up literally the whole aisle. Very clean and organized! Employees check in to see if you need help finding anything throughout the store. Also very great customer service center that is happy to help out. Appreciated their help with placing food orders.
