I Hope you don’t get the watered down stuff. Not fun. The watered down is from the Sheffield location. The bright orange real stuff is from the Chester Rd location in Avon. What a difference!

Don’t make the same mistake I did. According to the store manager this is the $12 Large “proportioned bag” of Mac n cheese… It literally fit in the palm of my hand and the bowl was half filled.

After a year or more of poor service and incorrect orders at this location I am throwing in the towel and will no longer be coming here. I have been a breakfast regular at this store for over a year possibly two and hands down this location has the WORST customer service and quality control. I am consistently made to feel like my presence is a burden and I am inconveniencing the staff when placing an order. Majority of the staff is young, under trained, and rude. I tried to kindly voice a complaint recently about a sandwich I received that was inedible due to a mistake from the line and was treated extremely rudely on the phone and didn’t even receive an apology. I felt dismissed based on the attitude of the staff despite being offered to come back and get a free sandwich next order. The staff made me feel so uncomfortable that I don’t even want to come back and deal with them again. I will take my hundreds of dollars I spend at Panera each month to a local bakery instead. I’d rather have been treated kindly and with respect than receive a replacement sandwich or free food. After trying to deal directly with the store and failing to reconcile the situation. I then reached out to another Panera location to see if I could somehow explain my experience over the last year to the DM so they could be made aware of the poor service that I have consistently received. Especially my last interaction that left me appalled and near tears. The GM at the avon location was very kind, polite, and helpful and said she would leave a message with the district manager. It has been 3 weeks and I have followed up with my phone call 2-3 times and I am still waiting to hear from anyone. This lack of care and timely response further fuels my conclusion that Panera as a whole does not care about their customer service. I have so much respect for service workers and further more I myself was an assistant manager at a Panera for years. I would never allow my employees to treat customers and especially a regular, the way I have consistently been treated at the Sheffield location. Shoutout to the rocky river location for their OUTSTANDING service. Sheffield location should be taking notes from them.

The coffee is always cold, luke warm at best. This has been going on for over a year now and the employees do not care. Maybe the equipment is broken? The carafes do not keep the coffee warm at all. Boycott Panera Bread.

I ordered a simple bowl of chicken and wild rice soup from the drive theu. I wanted and waited and watched the video editing some goofing off. I was finally noticed filming and handed my order. Which was not my order! I just had oral surgery and was looking to enjoy just about the only thing I could eat. Guess who's going hungry? I couldn't eat what they gave me. I will be going back to the store tomorrow and showing my video to the manager. I have never seem such blatant disregard for the job and the customer. It's my 3rd time I've waited in line and left without my order all 3 times!!P.s. I was the only person in the line!!

Online ordered the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with modifications and got few correct. Asked for sauce on the side, didn't get any sauce, asked for cilantro, didn't get any, asked for no feta cheese, got feta all over. Unfortunately, I can't just pick feta off as it is crumbled. I am lactose intolerant and vegan, so I couldn't even eat the sandwich. On the brightside, the baguette was good.
