I ordered a pretzel BaconNader meal and she stated guess you should have told me that. And when I asked for a recipe she Aggressively handed it to me. I will never return to this Wendy’s location!

Burgers were slow in coming out but freshly made and good. The worker at the counter put the fries on the tray right away which I noticed. When he called to say the sandwich's were ready, I asked if the fries were hot since I had noticed them sitting on the tray for a while. He said they were hot. When I got to the table, they were cold, not even warm. I got replacements without difficulty but we were one of two tables in the room with customers. This was Friday dinner hour and we were going to a movie in the same plaza. My guess is this business is on the decline. Everything else was good and the place was well cared for.

The food was dope, the service was good and the overall atmosphere was very Wendy's. It wasn't anything insane or anything, but they did a nice job at taking my order and making it. I personally like to customize my burgers too, and they made it fast and well.The environment is nice, very Wendy's styled, doesn't look like they renovated much but they do well with what they have. This place just sucks so bad they are so rude the so called management sucks spending money to get they're nasty ass food but when you ask for condiments they want you to pay for extra and you just spent how much money then they want to be rude about it fight argue act like trash that place needs to be closed down and everybody in it needs to be fired I will never go back there and give them any more of my money or half the time they don't even want to give you a receipt they will lie and tell you their receipt machine is broken so they won't have to walk their lazy asses to get you one so if you want to return stuff you can't or if you have a receipt and you want to refund they tell you they can't do that there's such liars thieves and I hope corporate fires them all and shut that place down don't waste your time or give them any of your hard-earned money.

Went to drive thru this Saturday afternoon & the manager with the pink hair was extremely rude. Our order was incorrect & when we asked for the two items that were missing she made a smart comment to us when she gave us the remainder of our order. The Three of us that are the hamburger later got severe stomach aches.

The manager there, Valentina, I believe was her name, was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Very argumentative. When I confronted her about her unprofessionalism, she kicked me out and insulted me on the way out. Never in my life have I met such a rude person managing a business. Never again will we make a purchase there. Certainly will be contacting corporate. My mother placed two orders, one to go to bring to me; however, the cashier provided the order first and said she taped the bag to keep the items hot, which did not work. When the order arrived, an item was missing. I called and attempted to explain the situation but Valentina interuppted me several times and became defensive, saying that doesn't make sense, questioning our integrity. I asked Valentina why she was arguing with me and she replied that I was getting upset, as if her challenging my integrity was okay. I never insulted her either! I arrived at the store and she admitted to their mistake, so I stated that the way she handled me over the phone was unprofessional (let alone having a customer answer the phone with a ”Hello” and “Yeah.”) Then she said “Sorry you feel that way,” a passive-aggressive statement that attempts to place the blame on me. I even had to ask her if she was going to let me talk. Terrible, awful, management. If this is how she handles mistakes, it won't be long before that store closes.

Food was good! The employee that gave me my food through the drive through was unbelievably rude! I ordered the queso fries and I ask very kindly for a fork. She looked me like I had a 3rd eye! "Should be in the bag, she said" so I looked. And it WAS in the bag. She said "IMAGINE THAT"WOW! I ask for the fork because I didn't get one last time. She had hot pink hair and glitter all over her face if you wanna present this gal with an attitude adjustment! RUDE!

Girl on the drive through decided to talk to me in an English accent that she suddenly lost at the window. Ordered 2 Jr bacons and a large coke somehow this totaled $9.56. Both buns soggy both meat and bacon burnt on both sandwiches. Pass this Wendy's up if your going to pay that much for s Jr burger better be a good burger.
