What a remarkable improvement! A year ago, this was the worst restaurant in Sidney. Today I had lunch and it was fantastic.Please keep up the good work!

Great experience good food and very clean for our evening out for a dine in dinner together.Expecially happy with a young man who was working there.His name tag was Gabe .He went out of his way to help my husband get seated due to his hip surgery he had a difficult time getting seated Gabe aOffered a chair and brought it for Steve .He also filled out soda cups for us because with trying to get Steve seated I forgot to do it after we ordered our food at the counter.I now that wasn't bPart of his job to fill out drinks and he just ask what we were drinking and headed up for our drinks and brought us some napkins , sauces for our food and straws with our drinks .Very nice young man you have for a employee there.Thank you ? to him for a wonderful dinner experience and his compass he showed my husband .

This was the worst Arby's I've ever eaten. I have eaten a this Arby's before and the food was fine, but today it was just gross. My moz sticks were soggy and dripping grease, to the point I didn't finish them, and my classic roast beef was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting there.We stood there for a good bit before our order was taken, and we weren't even acknowledged (saying we'll be with you as soon as possible would help). Problem was they were obviously short staffed, as there was 1 person taking drive-thru orders and front counter. I'm sure they were trying, and it's not their fault there's clearly not enough staff there.A gentleman brought our food to us, and the dining room was quiet; so the atmosphere was nice.

Ordered a chicken wrap. The wrap wast so hard it was almost solid. The people were great. But that wasn't edible. First time purchasing that. Definitely last time.
