3 stars because they gave us 3/5ths of our food. Received our chicken wraps and the combo portion to our bacon king just no burger. This was after driving to McDonald’s to find out the place wasn’t built. Needless to say, horrible experience tonight :(

Went through the drive thru tonight 3-31-24 @ 11:30pm ordered a lg frozen coke and a lg cup of ice. Got to the window she goes to give me a small cup of ice and i said I asked for a lg cup and she got so rude and started running her mouth to the lady she was working with. If she would not take orders and wait on the window all at once she would get all the orders right and then not have to fix her mess ups because she is doing 2 things at once. If she can't multi-task that job must not be for her.

I was on the highway hustling back home to KY. I pass through here often and I had hoped to have a nice lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo, with a little extra mayo. I nicely said please just enough to taste it, not wear it. The cashier was friendly. She laughed. I got back on the highway, and this is what I found in my bag (see photo). Not edible. I called the store and asked for the manager, and he argued the point - never apologizing, or anything. Terrible.
Not impressed! Went through and ordered a LARGE ice coffee. Got to the window and was handed a small. How did they fix it? Poured it in a bigger cup and added a TON of ice. So I still only got a small but paid for a large ?♀️ not cool at all!
Can't ever go to long without craving a double whopper. Always brings a smile to my face.

The food at the Troy, Ohio Burger King, is HORRIBLE. On three occasions, my sandwich has been cold, I asked for freshly cooked cheese sticks and they were stale, not fresh. I went for coffee, and it tasted like there was an alcoholic beverage in it. I WILL NEVER GO TO BURGER KING AGAIN. I should have stopped when I got food poisoning from there.
