Ordered 2 burritos online and when I got there they told me that they didn't have burrito wraps and refused to give me a refund. Tried getting me to substitute my 2 burrito for other things that didn't cost as much. Still refused to give me my money back. If a store is out of items then they should be crossed out on the website to prevent someone from spending money on stuff that isn't in stock and being refused.to be given the money back

The person at the counter was trying to be very efficient which was difficult when I wasn't acting at the same pace and 'rhythm' as her. I also believe the veggies had been turning as there was a bite of pepper that was almost rancid.

Tried calling the restaurant to add to an existing pick up order. Ha, not happening. Can’t talk to a person at the restaurant. I had to go and order there. My steak burrito w guacamole, chips/salsa, no drink was almost $19!!! I had steak fajitas and chips/salsa at local Mexican restaurant a week prior for $15. It was a bigger portion and authentic atmosphere. Chipotle, you’ve out priced yourself. Way too expensive and poor customer service.
