The blond female employee was cussing at a male employee. Dropping the f bomb. Store needed to be cleaned up. The food service area was dirty and very messy. A lot of the food sections were getting empty. Asked for squash for my husband and she picked out 3 tiny Pieces. She didn't give us a tray. We were carrying our stuff and I dropped the cups in the floor. It was a really bad experience. We will not return there again. Get this store straightened up.

Don’t no what has happened to this place. It’s one of our go to places. But may have to stop! They treat you like you’re a bother. They don’t smile they don’t greet you. They don’t say thank you come back and see us! Can someone please listen ! Maybe it’s management we don’t no. But it has changed so much. They don’t even want to look at you ! Please do something so we will come back! Thank you.why can’t you respond to more of the negative reviews. ? This store needs help !

My son worked at the Sidney Hot Head, and management is horrible. Management would change the schedule without informing employees. My son would show up for work to find out the schedule had been changed and when he was off that day. Or he would have several days off in a row to find out that the schedule had been changed and he had a no call/no show. The management would go on yelling rants over the smallest thing that went wrong. After a month my son was looking for another job and said it was the worse place he has ever worked. Not to mention management would bring their young kids to work and let them run around while they worked. My opinion is not to let your teenager work at Sidney Hot Head Burrito until they get better management.

The male server had a bad attitude. He acted like it was a bother to his job. Received half a bowl and it was mainly rice. The fajita veggies were raw, no sour cream available and barely any meat. This was at 6pm. Second time this has happened. Chipotle is much better and will never waste my money at the Sidney store again. Very poor service and food!

Let me start off by saying I always get a small bowl with white rice chicken and quesoNothing else simple so I go to Sidney hot head because we camp in Sidney on the weekends and I order my regular bowl white rice chicken queso they charge me for a full bowl $9.80 crazy I go to Piqua hot head like every day and they ring it up as a small rice bowl little double chicken and a small side of queso because I am a loyal customer so I will spend my my money with Piqua and use my 750 points with Sidney the most they will get out of me is a drinkThe employee had his young kids running around the business while he was workingThe place was nasty employees sitting on the ground in the back just a mess I seriously do not recommend them ? The manager lady has no idea about customer service or how to run a business and as much money as I spend it sucks because we love hot head PIQUA IS THE WAY TO GO ITS WORTH THE TRAVEL FROM SIDNEY TELL THEM ASHLEY SENT YOU

I used to eat at Hot Head Burritos 2-4 times a week minimum when it opened in Sidney years back. In fact, I went on a diet in 2019, lost over 100 pounds eating more sensibly, consisting of Hot Heads on my lunch break several times a week. I still love the food and the concept. For the past 2 years or so, I eat at this location less and less. The management has drastically changed and the quality is hit and miss. I believe it's now ran by Ralph and Ariel King. The last time I was there, the manager was sitting on stool by a warming unit, playing with his phone and seemed annoyed that I was there. None of the employees were wearing uniforms and not professionally dressed. The food was not fresh and the restaurant was dirty. After looking at my work uniform, the manager began ranting and raving about a personal conflict with a fellow employee of my employer. I asked him to not involve me in his personal conflict as it had absolutely nothing to do with me. While I was aware of the issue, I didn't know any of the parties involved till that day much less where the parties worked. He lost his temper and told me I am now "banned" from all Hot Head Burritos and to get out now. I have not returned to any locations since. This location needs drastic, emergent changes right now.I've contacted the corporate office and asked to hear back from the franchisee. It took the office and a week and 3 calls to get back to me. I've not heard from the franchisee.

Last time I was in the Sidney Hotheads was about a year ago. Then it was ify, if the food was fresh, it was not very clean and you could see flies. This time I walked in at 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon, and all employees were standing around talking. Walked up to where you order, took one look at all the food everywhere from the lunch rush and then walked right back out. Instead of making everything look fresh and edible they chose to stand around and do nothing. Definitely not eating where they don't think food safety is number 1. Will not go back to Sidneys Hothead..... yuck!
