We’ve gotten take-out here 3 times now.Each time we received excellent customer service and the food (chicken tenders) was terrific. Some of the best we’ve ever had.We’ve had Canes, KFC and Slim Chickens, Lee’s beats them all.The sides are also pretty good but the biscuits are outstanding.

The best chicken place in Sidney Ohio. I love Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken and their service the people are very nice and thoughtful and you get big proportions. Can the coleslaw is the best hands down never can't find coleslaw better than Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken. There sides are amazing.

I want to update this review. The next day after this experience the team with this Lee's reached out to me. They are replacing the pot pies and assured me that they would work to improve so that their food remains at the high quality they work to achieve. That is the mark of an operation that takes pride in their work.Using take out we picked up 2 pot pies for dinner. We when we ate them there was almost no chicken in them. When I called and spoke to the manager, I was told that sometimes when they make there not enough chicken or they may not get mixed well. While she did tell me they were sorry, there was nothing they could do it was just my bad luck to get the ones with out much chicken. while the the pot pies did taste good we like some chicken in them. If you like playing a game of chance get your pot pies in Sidney. If you like chicken go to a different Lee's.

Terrible service we ordered ahead of time it was supposed to be ready in 50 minutes. After arriving at the restaurant we were told they don't make orders until the customer arrives. Then tried to cancel the order but was told the Money won't be returned until 3-5 days later. So we have to wait for another 10 minutes for our sides to be prepared. Ridiculous no use in ever coming here unless you have lots of time to waste or don't care if you're order is correct.

Giving no starts for bad customer service. Never going going back. I work 3rd shift and came to get a meal before I came into work for my dinner that is at 3AM and specifically asked for as much ranch as they could possibly give me for my meal. I am a picky eater and cannot eat my meal without it. I received no ranch and y’all can say I’m being overdramatic about the situation but I don’t care. My whole meal wasted and I wasted my money for them to tell me the next day that they couldn’t do anything for me besides give me more ranch for a meal I already threw away that night because I couldn’t stand to eat it without the ranch. I’m really disappointed at the management and even more disappointed with the DM who was asked by management what to do with my situation who confirmed that they couldn’t do anything because I received my food and that’s what I paid for and the ranch is free. But my food was not able to be ate because I didn’t receive all that I had asked for therefore something should’ve been done about it. I wasn’t asking for a free meal, I just wanted them to care enough for me to even want to go back after wasting my money.
