The one on Russel road usually always undercooks the dough and I understand why, but this time it was perfect and I loved it.
This pizza hut isnt worth it..I don't know if they treat their workers so bad that they have no one that can answer the phone for over 12 minutes or they just cut the cords entirely but the moment you have any issue at all you're SOL. I ordered nacho fries, ended up with some spices fries and was on hold for 12 minutes till I hung up. This place used to be great, I worked here back in 2020-2021 and we were always on top of phones/our game. What even happened here?

In town for the first time for work. Ordered carry out, was made great and fast! Didn't skip on the quality even though our whole order was done in 15 minutes. I would have pictures...but it was too good to stop eating! Thanx everyone @ this location!

I'm about done with pizza hut. They keep trying to play me for stupid The last 2 times they rung me in for things I didn't even order. Plus try force to me to order things I don't even want. When I have ordered the Same thing multiple times and had it delivered tell me that u can't do it is Bs but to try to force me repeatedly to order more than I want and extra food that would just go to wait then put me on for over 20mins then when I hang up to call back only to tell me ur closed when u don't close to 11 just to get out severing is also B's. As a fast food worker I would like to say understand that nobodys perfect that mistakes do happen took screen shots to prove my case I didn't cuss or anything. This makes 4x total that I have had issues with them I will no longer be ordering from there. I have been nothing but patient and understanding but this where I draw the line. I don't usually complain about a lot. But I am completely done with the pizza hut on Russel Rd in Sidney Ohio this is the last straw this I was hung up on
I ordered online tonight at 439pm and at 535pm still nothing then i find out they have no delivery drivers and are using door dash and the dasher shows coming from piqua. while my food was made and sitting there getting cold. Seriously ? I cancelled my order immediately and called somewhere else absolutely ridiculous

Ordered a taco pizza with cheesesticks. Got home the cheesesticks were more like burnt sticks. Called them two times to talk to manager each time I got put on hold for over 5 mins. This is ridiculous! Not impressed with the cheesesticks or the managers!
