Looking for a smoothie place -very pleased to find this great place! An amazing gym and full smoothie bar with very friendly and informative staff. The smoothies were better than the King's and they were on the house as first time customers! Will definitely be going back and I don't usually post reviews, but this one was worth it. Thanks guys!

The owners will walk you through the process of creating a customized smoothie based on your needs. Because the smoothie portion of their business is a complement to their training service, you get a very fair price as well.

If you have an afternoon to do nothing else you should go here for a smoothie. In 40-45 Minutes you'll have a smoothie almost as good as anywhere else. In fact I got one at Shell that was pretty close. Horrifically slow service, the smoothie is made of syrup and sold as fruit. A bunch of better options. The truck is not run properly.
