I only saw 2 people working. One getting the chicken and the guy at the register kept coughing. The lady was more experienced and had him ring the food up while she got it ready. Not much of a selection of side dishes either. They had to go in the back to get more mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, broccoli, and corn bread. It was like 6 pm, and the food selection looked like they were about to close.

This place needs to be closed down. I went there on Monday at 5:00 pm and it was closed. I called on Tuesday and 3:45 pm and was told that it would be closing within an hour. I called today at 3:30 pm and was told that it would be closing at 9 pm. I drove there in 15 minutes and it was closed. I called back and spoke to the same person and he said it was closed. He claimed that an emergency had just happened. I have never seen anything like this. Either fix the problems or close this place down. Don't keep making customers waste their time and gas.

Ordered Easter dinner for 6 with pickup scheduled for Friday. Showed up at the scheduled time, and the store was closed.Called the corporate help line and was told the restaurant was now open. Drove back to the restaurant and found it still closed. Called the help line again and was told the manager had to close the store. No reason given. No sign on the door. No call, email, or text notifying me.I canceled my order with Boston Market and placed an order with Bob Evans. It was ready in an hour. Bob Evans is a little further away, but they will be getting all our business from now on. Never going back to Boston Market.

Boston Market have a new sheriff in town and his name is Jeremy Broach and his main focus is that you have a wonderful experience dining in or ordering food to take out, so if you haven't stopped in lately next time you out in the area stop in and say hi to the new sheriff, because he's working on bringing back that wonderful Boston Market experience that you be dreaming about ??????

This place is absolutely amazing! They have new management and you can tell the General manager really cares for the customers and the community of Solon. Both the food and customer service was perfect! I would highly recommend eating here.Vegetarian options: My wife is a vegetarian and she loves the side item sampler!Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the kids meal! She get the chicken and sweet potatoes and we only go to this location!Dietary restrictions: I’m a very health Conscience individual and I can honestly say this place has helped me lose over 20 pounds.

Ordered 2 meals for pickup using their website. Paid with a credit card, got a confirmation email. Then the store called to tell me they were out of what we ordered. I canceled, asked for a refund, and gave them the credit card info again. The refund never appeared. No one answers the phone either at the store location or at corporate headquarters "customer service ", nor do they reply to written feedback. How do customers go about getting their money back for food that was never received?

I usually enjoy Boston Market. I guess you cannot go after 7pm. They barely had any sides and the cornbread was cold.

What a joke ! Third time in as many months I came in around 6 PM on a weekday, and there was no Chicken or Meatloaf available ! They said one hour, but the last time I tried that it was never done. Corporate should be aware that no one goes to this location anymore. It seems that the two people behind the counter do not want any customers to come in. Bull doze it and give more parking the the Burger King next door !

This location needs serious help! The doors were filthy, the employees rolled their eyes when we walked in. Female had long green fingernails, no gloves, and was wearing a watch- both health code violations. Male and female not wearing gloves or hair nets/hats. Male had longer beard, no guard and he was carving chicken. BOTH employees helped themselves to food from the carving station and the hot wells and proceeded to eat at the front counter! There was one clean table, no effort at all to clean the lobby. Just disgusting atmosphere. FILTHY from arrival to leaving. Rude inattentive employees that violated multiple health code items. We will never be back!

I ordered for pickup through door dash said would be ready in 10 minutes I was staying at a hotel 20 minutes away so I figured it would be fine, walked in and the girl was not attentive at all. Stood and waited 10 minutes without even being greeted. Then proceeded to make another online order and then finally got to mine 25 minutes later. I ordered a drink and they were somehow completely out of cups? And only had water bottles.

This location is so horrible.Customer service is so bad I can't put it into words. Employees act as if you inconvenience them by coming in this last time I just left told me they had no food ready absolutely ridiculous.

Confused staff (but polite), sticky floors and a bad "feeling" had me tossing the bag, with $23 worth of food in it, into the trash. Didn't want to insult anybody. Went back another time and they were closed via a note taped to door. I remember when these places were great. Too bad.
