Not worth the price you pay. Burger was dry and no flavor, fries were soggy and half cooked. Service was terrible. My food sat on the counter for who knows how long. The person who called out my order talked so low I never heard her call out my order and by this point there was only two other people in there. No effort was made to get my attention. Ordered a chocolate shake that was the worst thing I have ever tasted, threw it away. Three people walked out while I was waiting because they messed up their order. The woman tried to correct it politely but the employee just stared at her (same one that "called" out my food order later).

We went there on 4/6 at 5:30 with 5 people and there was only 1 person working. This gentleman took care of us and everyone there. Was calm and fast and above all else was extremely professional. I just want to thank that person for doing a great job. I would like to reach out to Burger Fresh owners and ask to please recognize this person for their excellence.

Found this little place because another fast food place was taking way too long. I'm so glad I found it! The burgers are great and fresh. Allow for extra time, though. Only two workers were there. And they were doing their best. Deffinatly give this a try the next time your in tne area!

Late lunch burgers, fries and milkshakes. All made to order. Everything was nice. Ladies behind the counter smiled, were friendly and quick. We had a shroom burger and a BYO burger. We both enjoyed everything.

Great burger I tried the all American meal, it tasted very similar to 5 guys which is a good thing, I would of gave a 5 if they char grill the burgers which is my favorite style, but great
Maybe its the old man thats slowly taking over my being, but 18$ for a burger,sm fries,and a coke that anywhere else wouldvhave been a medium, is a bit much unless the food and everything else about the place is exceptional. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my order, but also, nothing really exceptional either.

I had to throw out all the cucumbers as they were all slimy.Overall, disappointing. The French fries we received for the price was completely not worth it. Traveling over across the street to the fast food join there. I could have gotten double what I paid.

A newer burger joint in Solon! I went at about 4 pm and it wasn't busy at all. Fresh burgers...had a cheddar bacon burger, and fries. Both hot and delicious! Lemonade to wash it down, not too sweet and perfect on a hot day!
