Years ago this was one of the best Chipotles around. But now you should just drive to Twinsburg or Beechwood. They constantly skimp on cheese, and if you want more they charge you a $1.50 side fee just to get a normal amount. The food on weekends is simply bad, everything is overcooked or over salty like it's left over from the week. Plus they blare loud explicit music behind the line. During the week is better but same issues with quantities. Really wish it was better, hopefully someone can do something about it.

Ordered a salad today with a drink on the app. The pic is what I received. It was missing the salad dressing, and the cup for the drink. I was basically screamed at to ask the girl at the register. To top it off, it was placed on its side, so all the fluids from the salsa and beans leaked all over my front seat.

Ordered two bowls and one burrito!We got home started eating and found very sharp bones in the bowl chicken unbelievable and also make sure your sitting down found a hair in the other bowl absolutely disgusting I will never again eat Chipotle! What is wrong America we are better than this these young people better get it together they don't care sloppy service no care at all And good luck trying to call there you can't speak to a manager Good luck

Garbage customer service, poor chicken portions, supervisor was rolling the burritos and broke the guy in front me and then couldn’t roll my burrito, I asked him to reroll because it was not even together and was a mess and he told the next guy to just put it in the bag. Rude individual and I walked out. Like another review said. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

The quality of sthis chipotle has really gone down… theyre beans are very clumpy. They barely give any chicken compared to the twinsburg chipotle. I asked for fajita on an online order and didnt recieve any, and even found steak in my chicken bowl (i dont eat red meats) am i paying for less food thats the same price…please fix your ways chipotleDietary restrictions: Steak in my ch icken bowl.
