Bagel size is very inconsistent. Some bagels were paper thin on one side and normal on the other. So thin, cutting it in half was difficult.

Their typical great service has dwindled for months now. They're slow, ignore customers requests, and favor catering orders over traditional customers dining in. It's a shame as this used to be one of the last great breakfast places in Solon.

Came in from out of town to see my sister. We all got breakfast bagels. They have a nice selection and friendly workers. Bathrooms were nice and I loved all of the art work and plants. Definitely would say try if you're in the area.

Bagels used to be good (not great) and service was OK. Last few visits there have been disappointing. Food quality and selection are inconsistent; servers seem to try hard to be pleasant; store cleanliness is not good; orders that I phoned in were "lost" or wrong.
