I like to frequent this store because it's close to home. Everytime I've gone there, the man who I believe is the owner or possibly the manager acts as if you're disturbing him or he just doesn't want to be there. The other day I stopped by only to find the lights out and doors locked. All signs said they close at 6pmI called the next day to verify hours and was told they close at 4pm due to lack of staffing. My first thought was if he has the same attitude towards his employees as his customers then I can see why he may be short staffed. Fortunately, the Brecksville location has privet to live when customers walk in their door and make it known. For the price we pay for Honeybaked Ham the least you can do is smile and pretend to be happy you have customers.

I've been a long standing 20+ year customer of HBH. I recently purchased a half ham from this location which ended up being a miscut ham with 2" slices that we had to manually slice from the bone. I reached out and spoke to the store manager Bob who requested I send pics of the ham, receipt, and the foil for replacement. After sending the requested information, the store owner Natasha emailed me and stated I need to bring the actual ham back for replacement. By the time I received this request it's one week later and we've discarded the rest of this ham. After advising the ham has been discarded, no one even responded to the email. Upon following up, they offered us a $25 gift certificate, which is a long way from replacement of a $106 ham. I f HBH is your thing, I recommend you shop at a different location with a better service model or by a ham from Costco or Sam's Club for half the price and a quality guarantee. Super disappointing.

It is 2:25 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I just left the Solon location and asked for the pre-sliced ham packages. I was advised that there was no pre-sliced packages available right now. The sign on the cooler said that it could me made to order, but no attempt was made by the cashier. This was stated with no intention of advising me if any slices would be made on the current day or ever. This was not the experience that I was anticipating.

I arrived at this location today at 2:20pm and left at 2:45pm. There was only 1 other customer in the store besides me. She stated that she had been there for 35 minutes waiting for her order. I ordered a sandwich with broccoli salad and a coke. There appeared to be 3 people working in the store. I'm not sure why it took almost 30 minutes for me to get my meal but this is unacceptable! They forgot to give me my coke and broccoli salad until I asked for it. I've been here multiple times in the past and have never waited this long. I hope that today was a fluke, maybe new staff,but they really need to tighten things up. People don't have time to wait like this for simple orders.

Seems like a clean place with good service. Menu is disappointing tho, I paid $12 for a lunch that somehow didn't come with any drink. Take a look at the prices on their stuff in the freezer if you need a good laugh.

Just wanted to say Thanks again to James and Bob at the Solon location they were amazing provided me with patience great customer service and a smile to go with it and the store was also extremely clean !My turkey sandwiches and sliders had love all through them!

While getting a ham on 12/23/2022 at 12:57pm, I watched the manager “Bob”Be extremely rude to a customer who had a complaint, he refused to even help him not give him any information. Completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location for ANYTHING as long as “Bob” (who refused to give his last name) is still apart of management.

I have been a customer of Honey baked Ham for years.This was the worst ham, I have ever purchased. It was terrible. Tasted old, no flavor and full of fat. Ruined Christmas dinner. Sadly disappointed.
