We eat here on our way to Cleveland as often as we can. The food is fresh and delicious. The individual flavors of the different vegetables, mushrooms, and meats shine through in all of their dishes so you can appreciate them without being overpowered by a sauce or whatever seasoning the dish calls for. Very well balanced! The service is fast and friendly, with a comfortable atmosphere. We try something different each time we eat here and everything has been delicious. The portions are good and I leave full or with leftovers. For me, many Chinese restaurants fall under the "good but nothing special" category. Imperial Wok delivers at a step above the norm and is certainly a place for great Chinese dining.

Unbelievable service! Mike the manager drove to my house to hand deliver the geisha roll that the door dash driver forgot. I am so impressed with imperial wok and I thank you Mike for going above and beyond!

When we first got there after sitting there for a few minutes the server asked us if we were ready to order eventhough we didn't have a chance to look over the menu. We told him to bring us water It took him a long time to even bring us water at least 15 minutes and during that time we noticed that the silverware was not clean and the cloth napkins that it was wrapped in had a sour funny smell to them like they were not washed after a previous customers used it. The food was okay, but it was a bit greasy. I used to order from this place in the past and their food was good, but I don't know what happened. It was so disgusting when I picked up the bottle of soy sauce to put on my fried rice and the outside of the bottle was very sticky that I decided not to use it because I didn't know how long it was on that table and how many unclean hands touched it. This place looks nice but beware of food safety and a clean eating experience

Service was horrid & the waitress was very rude. She kept rushing us to order & proir to her telling us that the kitchen closes at 9:30, she told us "The kitchen closes at 8:30, I don't have to tell you that", so we got up & left. We will never come to this restaurant again.**UpateWe came in before that, and you are susposed to take customers who arrive before closing time, and the disrespect was unreal, looking at the otjer reviews, that is obvious. Need to be shut down.
