I dont know why this lady that works there has to verbally attack me everytime I come in there but I'm so f ING over it idk who hurt you but I can assure you it wasn't me so give that energy to someone else smh it makes me not want to eat here and im reminded everytime she is there. And what's worse is I have never said anything to her other than my sandwich order so WHY do u feel the need to give me so much attitude???????????????

Cannot say enough positive things about this location. Post COVID every fast food location is awful, between the food quality going down, customer service bottoming out and prices sky rocketing. I'm glad to say I found a place where this does not apply. Jersey mikes in solon is the exception, the employees have awesome customer service skills, the foods fresh, you're in and out quickly. 10/10.

Not much roast beef and I found out they double charged me was there 3/3/2023…..14.62$ ……..twice
Great food...Was not impressed by the one person slicing meats and assembling food didn't replace their gloves after touching the store phone, and then their cellphone. That's a food safety violation for Ohio health code. The music is too loud too, hard to hear person taking your order.

Got a #6 roast beef hardly and roast beef on sun......I go to a lot of jers Mikes and this one puts the least amount of meat on sun .......the one in Brunswick is a lot better...

Best sandwich I've had in a long time, enjoyed every bite. The friendliness of the staff was the icing on the cake and took my customer experience from great to outstanding!
