Ordered an eight-piece chicken original and I went inside and asked if I could get two pieces extra crispy and switch them out in the manager said yes and he did it and he was very nice about everything I would recommend this place very

Just got treated terribly by unprofessional staff. All I asked was if I could do an 8pc with all legs. When I was told no I asked if they have all dark meat or mixed options. The two employees then proceeded to scream at me that they don’t have it they have what’s on the menu. Like what? This is ridiculous and I will be calling corporate.

Walked up from Solon Cruise, stood at counter for 10 minutes and was told by an employee they were serving Drive through was top busy and I would have to wait until the Drive Through calmed down would be at least another 10 minutes before they would take my order .
