I don't normally review anything but this was such a bad experience I felt compelled to comment in the hopes corprate can come in and rescue this location. It's evident it's a leadership issue...to start the place is disgusting. When you walk in there is filth on the floor, dust in the corner and an awful smell. The portions are small, steak came overcooked, my wife's food was served cold and mine was room temp. We asked for our check and it took 20 minutes to get it. I will give props where props are due however and we did not complain or ask for anything but did make then aware of my wife's food and they took that portion off the bill. The staff was nice and deserve better. Everything rises and falls on leadership and this place needs some new ones.

Raeanna is the best bartender this place has! She his exceptional at customer service, extremely prompt, and you can tell she cares about customers. I've been visiting here for work, and very thankful everything she's working! Great job Raeanna! See you and Longhorn in a couple of weeks when I'm back again!!

It was fantabulous! Nancy gave us great customer service! It was a birthday celebration for me and my older cousin we share the same day, April 24th. My mom treated us to an early lunch, plus she loves your steaks!

Hostess was niceMy cousin & I ordered the regular Ribeye steaks with loaded baked potatoes and salads.The steaks were juicy & very good. The only complaint I have is the steaks were very fatty.

If I could rate 10 stars for service I would! I had the pleasure of having John as my server and everything about him was overall pleasant! This was my first time at Longhorn and I was blessed to have John since he made my experience so great!
