I rarely write a really bad review. I think only once before! AND I actually LOVE Mr. Chicken's chicken. I only discovered the chain recently and I was surprised I hadn't known about them earlier! The chicken is tasty, the wings and the livers are fantastic. That said, the management of this location in Solin is horrific. They are constantly out of everything. The last time we ordered delivery we are missing half the items and most of the other half was wrong. They were completely unapologetic and then refused to refund the items that were wrong as well as those that were missing. Even though I love the chain I will never visit or order from the one in Solon again. ?

I stopped in chicken this evening and I was told by the floor sweeper I would have to wait 20 minutes. If I have to wait that long I mize as well go home and cook it myself. Covid all but over HIRE some employees so you can actually offer a service that you are in business to do.

I bought some food from this place and they forgot my wings and then I called the guy that delivered my order and he told me that they do not wear their gloves or their mask which they should on. When I was eating my fries it smelled like smoke then when I look at my burger the lettuce was black which it has been in the store for a long time. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service , i went inside to order my food the worker couldn’t hear anything i was saying because the music was so loud as i try to place the order the lady from the back comes up with a bad attitude saying she can’t hear me so she don’t know ? Like what sense does that make if the music is sky high, this is not a club it’s a restaurant. The looks on both of there faces were as if they did not want to help me so i told them nevermind and walked out. I will not be returning to this location at all

We spent close to $40 picking up meals for 4. For my meal I requested a 2 piece dinner and asked for it to include a breast since it is the only piece of chicken I eat. When I opened my meal there was a thigh and a leg and the thigh was pink inside. For my dinner I ate coleslaw, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. It was very disappointing after having waited in line for almost half an hour.
I ordered two chicken wings, Cole slaw and a biscuit. The extremely aloof cashier even asked me twice what side I wanted. So she heard Cole slaw twice! I got one breast snd one leg, mash potatoes. Only thing she gotRight was the biscuit - and they come with every meal!!! Terribly disappointed!I was the only one in the store too!

You for sure get a a whole lot of bang for your buck and I just love that CHICKEN AND BISCUITS ARE THE BOMB , but you can't ever get too good a Cole Slaw at most places but in Mr.Chickens has nailed it as far as I'm concerned with what's out there today..
