This place always has great service and leaves me feeling good and satisfied. I loved my breakfast sandwich with egg, sprouts, cheddar, tomatoes, onion, peppers, cucumber, turkey bacon, served on rye, pita, or multigrain bread. It's not greasy or heavy like breakfast sandwiches can often be. Breakfast is served until 10:30, followed by a great lunch menu! The best part is their assortment of hot sauces. I'll definitely be back.

As soon as I was done with my lunch, I put my house on the market, so I could move closer to Munch! Seriously, though, I can’t say enough about how pleased I was. They were so friendly, and helpful and welcoming. I’m vegan and I’m used to feeling like an outcast and a bother at restaurants, but they made me feel right at home. They went over the menu with me, and gave me samples, and made me feel great. And the food!!!! Amazing! It was unique and mega-delish. And I had options. Usually I can find maybe one thing, if I modify it. But here I could actually decide what I felt like eating, rather than settling for the one thing that has no animals in it. It was also clean and cute in there. I can’t wait to go back. I’m going to tell everyone I know about this place! (btw, they have non-vegan options too)

We are westsiders doing adult business on the east side and we got hungry. Used our Yelp app and Munch was at the top of the list. With a vegan daughter, we had to give it a try. We were pleasantly met at the door, being first timers, we stood out like a sore thumb. Our hostess/server explained the system and we were offered samples of their soups of the day. My partner asked about the chicken salad and we got to sample that as well. I ordered the turkey melt, which is roasted on site. She had the chicken salad. Of course we did splitzies. Both sandwiches top notch. They also offered fresh green and black teas with fresh lemonade. I highly recommend Munch to all!
