I ordered a few pizzas here for a work event. The gentleman at the counter was cashing people out, touching the register, countertop, money, and etc. Then began dealing with me. He had me pay for the pizza then said just a second I’m going to get your pizza; he proceeded to go grab my food (NO GLOVES NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS) gets the pizza out with one hand and his other BARE hand was on the top of my pizza. He never washed his hands after touching things and never once thought to put GLOVES on while dealing with food. He then proceeds to grab the peppers with his bare hands and throw it in the pizza box as if what he was doing was the norm! This is so nasty and very UNSANITARY. I will NEVER come to this store again!!! This is unacceptable when you are dealing with people’s food!!

Papa John's is my favorite pizza, and employee Mike is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. The minute I walk into the store, he makes sure to greet you and ask if you are picking up or ordering. He's attentive, and after watching him work, I can tell he's very professional. Papa John's hired a great employee and represents the company well.
We've gotten pizzas from here a lot and they're always delicious. The last time we went someone quit and mixed up all the orders so everything had to be remade. The staff worked so hard to make sure everyone got their orders and kept everyone updated. Despite what must have been a very stressful time for them they were all still very friendly and didn't let it show. I've never had a bad pizza or bad service from here.

It's been two hours since I placed an online order for our local Solon, OH store. Called and got a recording that says they're behind on orders. Called back to cancel order-I can't even get through! Keep getting a stupid repeat recording telling me to download the app. I'm hungry and irritated as heck right now!!! Never again will I order from them!

Worst store, I ordered 2 pizzas and did not pick up and they marked the order as completed and I have been going there since the last 4 days and they just dont acknowledge that their staff stole my pizzas

I have order pizza and wings twice from this location since I started working in Solon. Both times my order was hot, ready on time and delicious. Staff is really friendly as well.

Ordered pizza at 11 o’clock for a kids party pizza did not show up until 1246 people on the phone told me that it’s because they only have one driver and after all that DoorDash delivered it and not their own driver mentioned that they just got the order 10 minutes ago not good service not honest on the phone expected to be a long ways for your delivery

Use to be a good papa John's to go to. Our order was burnt on bottom of pizza. Should of checked underneath pizza before I left. Order was not right. We ordered two epic stuff crust pizzas and one was not stuff crust pizza was regular and underneath pizza was burnt. Need my money back wasn't going to go here tonight. But my wife wanted to go. Do not recommend this location.
