seriously the worst smoothie i'v ever had. I normally come here all the time but i'v never seen someone rush an order so fast they forgot to put almost everything that gives it a flavor... horrible

I stop at this Pulp 3-4 times per week, and I have NEVER had a smoothie as bad as the one I had this morning. I get the same 3 smooothies all the time. Today I had Strawberry Basil w/ chia. It was TASTELESS! I was on my way to work, or I would have turned around and returned it. The mangoes were still in the bottom of my cup when I finished the smoothie. Gianna's attitude this morning was less than appealing. If she doesn't want to provide good customer service and a good product she should find something else to do. I wish I would have take a picture of the mangos still in the bottom of my cup.

The customer service is terrible. I rarely give negative reviews but the staff is not friendly at all. They are not helpful or pleasant. If I had not promised my granddaughter a smoothie, I would have not made the purchase.

Very friendly staff. Brought my mother who was feeling under the weather and she asked some questions regarding which drink would be best to get and the worker was honest and my mom felt better soon after drinking it. All the workers were working so clean and productively, in complete honesty I have not seen a more professional staff in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back!Dietary restrictions: Always able to swap things out and very clearly have the ingredients listed which is the right way to run a business.Parking: It’s in a plaza but still has ton of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a very nice and open space, along with drinks for kids.

I haven't come to this location for over a year because they decrease the qty I paid.Today, their service was really good. The lady forgot the beets, I had to mention it and they put it in and mixed it again.It tasted very good.

I am OBSESSED with Pulp! Tiffany is so helpful, and knows her way around a blender better than anyone on earth. 10/10 would 100% recommend! What a great place to take the family, a date or even pay a visit to on a morning after having a few too many cocktails. I am so glad I found this local GEM!

Let me start, I love pulp! Usually no issues. I come here 4 days a week on my lunch break at many different locations what ever city we’re working. Saturday 9/30 we just waited 45 minutes for 2 smoothies and a bowl. After watching 10 ppl that came in after us get their order. We made them aware we didn’t get 1/2 our order yet. they said they lost 1/2 our order (1 of the smoothies and bowl) while we were waiting here. After they knew it was missing it still took another 15 minutes to make it.?

I’ve been three times and I would say this is an okay smoothie place. The first time I had pretty much sour almond milk which turned me off. This past two times the smoothies weren’t blended fully so you had chunks of fruits (for me it was banana). It’s not the worst smoothie place but it’s good.
