Can't imagine how dusty it was.. the walls and ceilings.. i am worried sitting in there for some time might even cause allergy.. one have to see the walls over the counter..

Love Starbucks! The barista absolutely made my day for asking me if my name was spelled with "ie" or "y". No one ever asked that and I love that she did! Thank you! My favorite go-to drink is blonde vanilla latte but today I got my seasonal favorite, Pistachio Latte.

Seriously this is the best location but the manager guy that works in the morning pretty sure he has glasses but WHY do u work in customer service???????????????????? I wish I knew his schedule so I could go to Twinsburg on those days because he is the worst his attitude is so terrible. I don't understand people who work in customer service but then act as if it's our fault that u work there...so confused. Who hurt you?!

I came to this location during the time I worked at the Spirit Halloween store and everyone there has been kind and quick. I was there this past Saturday and a woman complained because she’d put in a mobile order and had to wait “25 minutes” for her drink when she’d only been standing there for five and loudly complained about the time.People forget just how crazy places like Starbucks get, I felt horrible for the staff because they were busting their butts to keep up. Long and short of it, if any of them see this, y’all are killing it! Keep being kind and doing a great job.

I normally use the drive through but never scan my points. I decided to order on the mobile app for pick up in store. I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato upside down. I arrived on time for my pick up and waited for over 10 minutes in an empty store before being handed a hot coffee. I informed the barista that it was iced. She returned another 5 minutes later with a drink that is certainly just milk and caramel over ice. Not worth the 30 minutes and 7$ spent on a cup of iced milk. There’s nothing to even upside down.Edit** I went back and went through the drive through and asked for my order to be re made - they re made my coffee to order and it came out just right (photo 2) so I am upping my review

We never ever get our order as we really want ! This branch sucks! If I order a double espresso they need details about what is double, and they also ruin it and due to delays the espresso is never fresh and without foam like cheap instant coffee! the And they don't know what is a cold foam is , you ask for a drink and be sure you will get another so if you re having a bad day , don't go there.

I recently had a very poor experience at the Solon Starbucks where I frequently visit. The new assistant manager, Kristen is consistently rude and abrupt with the customers. Not only is she unprofessional with patrons (myself), she's also demeaning to the hard working staff in front of customers. Her snarky/snappy like attitude and behavior was unwarranted, and I will no longer be visiting the site nor bringing my company's business to this Starbucks location. TO THE UPPER and MIDDLE MANAGEMENT: If you continue to treat patrons poorly, and mishandle and conduct inappropriate relations with staff that have proven to be both courteous and shown outstanding dedication, then you are doing a disservice to both the paying customers and the employees. I suggest rehiring a more qualified individual in your management team, and awarding those for outstanding service.
