If I could rate I could rate this a zero I would. The same guy is there and he is so rude and nasty. Judging from the other reviews I guess I’m not the only one. The first picture is literally a photo telling the customer NOT to use their phone. Who are they to tell the customer not to use their phone for a better experience. When the experience is already bad in itself. Then next picture of the sandwich he didn’t put the amount of chicken my mom wanted for the sandwich and literally said “So you want to pay 2$ extra for more chicken?”. Really?? All the other subways do NOT charge extra for a regular amount of chicken. And DON’T get me started on the rationing he does. I asked for olives and he put literally four olives on my sandwich. A slither of mayonnaise and when I asked for extra packets he told me they had none. Then he tried to justify the reason he rations. He said “I’m not rationing. There’s a way to make a sandwich and a way not to make a sandwich”. Little does he know I’ve worked at a sub shop for 2 year before. So trust me I know how to make a freaking sandwich. And why are you making MY sub by your standards? I’m paying for it, ME. Like if you’re going out of business because of your piss poor customer service just say that. I will NEVER come here again.

I hate that this subway is the closest to me. The owner and staff are so unfriendly, it appears as if they hate their jobs. Never happy or kindI wish I could take my bissness to another location. Rrrrr.

The worst customer service!! I walked in and stood in front of the 2 female workers. They totally ignored me. I waited until one finally looked up and very slowly took my order. Neither one smiled. I felt like I was a bother being there. ….And they don’t take coupons. ?

I try to stop here each day for a breakfast sandwich- typically around 7:30 when they open. The past week, it's never unlocked when they're open. Now today, it's 9am and the open sign is on and the doors locked. I would love to keep giving business, but the inconsistencies are incredibly frustrating.

Everytime I go in there it's always the same guy there so I assume he's the owner. He's very stingy with the toppings. I ask for more Onions he grab like 3 pieces of onion. I continously asked for more and he barley gave me more onion. Hes always stingy with toppings when i come. This Subway is convenient cause it's on my to work but I will never return cause i didn't feel satisfied.

Placed an order online for a 12 inch The Boss and they gave me a 6 inch. This isn't the first time either, they have absolutely terrible service and are guaranteed to mess up your order. Thought that after not going to this location for a couple years everything would be fixed, I was clearly wrong

They never open online ordering till 11 am today 6/21/22 they losty office party order of 350.00 we went with Penn station they opened their website. I will be calling corporate next

Ordered BLT sandwiches and was charged for a veggie sub add bacon? Then was informed they no longer had the BLT as an option. Timing is important when you are withholding information that a sub is "discontinued" and you're about to upcharge your customer to a sub that costs more than many premium subs offered... For a simple bacon and veggie sandwich!? Rising food costs, supply chain issues, yada, yada, yada... That was just ridiculous.
