I don't know where to begin. I understand that businesses have found it hard to find employees since COVID, but I'd rather close my business than have this group of people working for me. First it took about 25 minutes for me to get my food. While I was waiting at the window you can hear one of the employees yelling at the top of his lungs saying N word this and N word that. I ordered 2 nugget meals and a chicken sandwich meal with a medium frosty. The young lady gave me a small frosty and I had to correct her so she gave me the medium. I pulled off and noticed that 1 of my meals were missing. I go back but go inside with my receipt and the employee who was taking orders at the front register was on Her phone. There was another employee working without gloves, I saw a gentleman slam someone's chicken patty onto their bun while the other employee just continued to make the sandwich. The young lady who was on her phone the entire time went to put about 6 doordash order in the doordash pick up area. One of the bags fell on the floor because her hands were too full. She didn't even notice bc she was so engulfed in her conversation. I had to tell her that she dropped one of the bags and she walked over, picked it up off the floor, and put it on the shelf with the other orders. In that moment, I demanded a refund. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's again. No professionalism AT ALL. These people just don't give a damn!!! I'm highly embarrassed for obvious reasons.

Ordered chicken nuggets. Clerk even asked what sauce. No nuggets or sauce. Then, on same order, ordered a medium frosty. Received a small frosty. Went back and got another frosty but still no chicken nuggets. Asked for hot sauce and clerk gave me a dirty look and threw them in the bag. So sad. I paid $22+ for my order. This is sad service model.

The one in Independence Ohio is slow as can be. I was the only one in line and it took 3 minutes for someone to take my order. That's what happens when you hire kids who don't care.

On 1/28/24 at 11:30am we got food from the Solon Wendy’s as we do every Sunday. When we pulled up to the window the girl working just stuck out her hand, not one single word, not the total of our order or even a greeting of any kind. Then a different girl hands us the bag of food and she says nothing, not a thank you or anything. Both workers were unbelievably rude. If you’re so unhappy at your job that you can’t muster up the simplest words of good manners and customer service don’t work in the public.We’ll never go back to that restaurant again!

The place is filthy, nothing wiped down, tables all dirty, no napkins. Despite at least 4 employees working the manager locked the doors and shut down dine in service, leaving only the drive thru open, 430 pm on a Sunday. Food was all overcooked.

These people do not care. I get it’s a minimum wage job but they are rude, dismissive, and make your customer experience unwelcoming. Also I ordered for delivery four items and there was only one. With the receipt taped on the bag. Just another instance of them not caring about their service. This isn’t the first time either…you can never order delivery here without them completely screwing up your order. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you’ve been hungry for hours and finally order and wait for food it is. Go to another wendys

First when you walk in the kiosks are down and it seems like management didn't know until she told us we had to put it in the kiosk and we moved to the side to show her they're down. Definitely did not want to be bothered and you can tell by their body language. I order a 10 piece chicken nugget and 6 piece NEVER said spicy, I would have specified and if she wasn't sure why didn't she ask because when she repeated the order back she definitely did NOT say spicy. Now we have to wait and my other food is getting cold. Also, teach your employees not to give dirty looks to the customer because she rung it in wrong!!The manager did come with the chicken nuggets not realizing another young man brought them to us and said for your inconvenience! I did not expect that!!!

Felt like slo motion in this Wendy’s. Very slow and sleepy service. I noticed fry’s and other debris all over the kitchen floor. Not very clean.
