They were okay. The cupcakes at any wholesale club would not be as dry and just as flavorful. I paid so much just to taste. The vibe that I received from the woman helping me wasn't that great either. They actually had a sign selling untrusted cupcakes, and they didn't look as appetizing as they could/should have. However, I would probably try them again as far as they cakes which were pleasing to the eye, so hopefully the tastebuds.

Twice we have reached out to this location. And twice we have been spoken to rudely even for simple inquiries.First time we asked if they have dairy free frosting options to go with gluten free cakes. We wanted to place custom cake order for child who is allergic. The lady rudely said that their frosting contains fresh cream and hung up on us.Couple months later we went though their website to learn that they do indeed have vegan frosting options. Also online is orders could be placed up to 5 days in advance for pick up at store. Unfortunately we couldn’t place order for GF cupcakes with vegan frosting on the website, so I called the shop (6 days before Christmas Eve) for half dozen cupcakes. The same lady dismissively said that they can’t take orders anymore and again hung up on me.I called the Woodmere branch after and the people there were extremely nice and accommodating.Extremely rude and dismissive lady for a shop that requires good customer service. Not sure if she has some issues with people of color.

We went to the new Strongsville location in Ohio last week and purchased a variety of cupcakes, macaron, cookies and cake bars/pops. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The frosting is phenomenal. The shoppe is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is extremely kind and pleasant. Will definitely be going again. Great bakery addition to Strongsville!

This bakery is amazing. The cupcakes and cookies are phenomenal and there are so many different flavors. The staff is very nice, often creating small talk which is a very welcoming feeling. Definitely recommend this bakery for anyone looking for top notch customer service and excellent desserts.

When my wife and I were in the area shopping we stopped by White Flower to satisfy our sweet craving.The only thing wrong with this shop is the amount it sweet indulgences that are available...cakes, cup cakes, cookies, brownie...blondies if I recall correctly.As I understand it everything is made in-house...we bought a cupcake and a lemon bar, both super delicious. The moral of the story buy everything you like...there is always tomorrow to enjoy the wonderfulness they offer here. If there is a downside, they are NOT an peanut free facility. I recall they sell a peanut butter brownie, which I didn't get because I have a daughter who has a sever peanut allergy.
They were so nice and helped me over the phone to order cookies for my friend who lives in Solon and I’m in Oregon. They checked ingredients due to an allergy, let me order cookies but buy something else via Grubhub so I could get them delivered. And it all worked seamlessly! I so appreciate the willingness to be flexible and help me send my friend a little bit of joy during the gloomy winter months. She sent me a picture she was so excited and said they’re the best cookies she has ever had.

Man oh man! Went to the West Side Market and found the biggest macarons I have ever seen, so I had to buy them! Holy guacamole were they amazing. I loved that they weren't overly sweet, and that buttercream..oooohh wee! (That gingerbread...fantanstic!) I live 3 hours away from ya'll, and it saddens me deeply to my core. You made my trip to Cleveland complete and I thank you for that White Flower Cake Shoppe!!!

This bakery is amazing! Best cakes and buttercream frosting around.....my cakes from White Flower are delicious and the artwork on them speaks for itself. White Almond cake and Chocolate are my favs!! I'm picking up their delicious Petit Fors and Christmas cupcakes. They have a HoBo Snowman cake that will look beautiful on my dessert table. I highly recommend!!!!

I have experienced this bakery several times. The product is awesome! Cupcakes are quite delicious. Question, what does it cost to tell your customers thank you? My purchase was over 25.00. After the transaction, the owner pushed the bag to me and said - "there you go." WOW...I had to ask for a receipt. She never says thank you. I thought I would try one last time. It's back to Giant Eagle and Heinen's for the baked goods. The world says by local, buy small business but if they don't appreciate your patronage why bother. Thank you is the language of Giant Eagle and Heinen's. Perhaps, a remedial customer service session is needed by White Flower Cake Shoppe.
