They should have more then 2 servers on a Saturday night, there where time's we were waiting for drink refills. I would suggest trying it once, but lower your expectations before going. Another option is to find someone who is knowledgeable on Korean BBQ, that will elevate your experience.

Wonderful food as always. I can here for either the third or fourth time with my husband and my mother and grandmother. The food is always amazing. This is easily the best hot pot place in all of the Cleveland area, at least out of all the ones I have gone to. The only thing is that the service wasn’t that great today. We had to ask for utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Our server would disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time even though we were the only people there. At one point we had to go up to the front to ask the sushi chef for things because our server was nowhere to be found. The amazing quality of the food more than made up for the subpar service though. We will definitely be back.

We were excited to see Korean BBQ pop up on our area. Boy we're we disappointed by the quality here and the attitude of the staff. If you ask for a refill on a drink or anything that requires them to come to your table after getting your initial order they will roll their eyes at you as if you are wasting their time. The food is mediocre at best, protein is heavily over salted and the seafood tasted very bad and left out. The sushi was flavorless and difficult to finish. We would not recommend this location.

The food was excellent! We really loved the personal broth pots and also the buffet style/serve your self style. This way you took what you want and in the portion you would like as well as knowing exactly what you are taking to cook as the items were labeled well above on the glass. There is even a sauce bar and sushi bar! You cannot beat the lunch price of 24.99 for all you can eat hot pot and Koren BBQ. Our server was nice and checked on us adequately. The atmosphere was quiet and calm and overall our visit was very enjoyable! We left very full and very satisfied. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

It was butterful, it was a bit scary though at first. They had every flavor of Bubble tea! They kept singing and dancing, but the Tv was pg 13. Me and my bestie were Irish dancing on the tables, and burning our feet in the hot burning soup, and we had to drink it. It was Scrumdiddlyumptiou! The best part was the feet massages. Thank you for your Service we Love you guys! P.s I have 3rd degree burn on my toes. Bye
We tried Hot Pot for carryout one night ... everything was so good !! Went in for lunch another day ... everyone is so pleasant, and the food. once again, was so good !! The staff made several recommendations and explained everything about the cooking techniques. Such a fun place for a group !! Highly recommend trying this restaurant !!!

Tried this for the first time and our family loved it. So many soup base choices and so many choices for ingredients. The grill was also great. So clean and had a paper that you could swap out when you got too gritty. So good though!!

We greatly enjoyed our dinner at YI! Half of our party wanted hot pot and half wanted sushi, which turned out not to be a problem at all. Unlike some other hot pot restaurants where everyone needs to order the same thing, at YI each person can individually choose hot pot, BBQ, both, or something else.The buffet for the hot pot and BBQ was quite respectable, with a decent variety of beef, pork, poultry, organ meat, seafood, tofu, etc, as well as a slightly smaller assortment of vegetables and noodles. All of the food was clearly fresh. The condiment bar had over 3 dozen different sauces to mix and match for dipping (including 5 different chili oils/pastes - alas, none were spicy enough). Since the food is the same for both the hot pot and BBQ, I'd recommend choosing either one or the other... probably the hot pot, since there are so many delicious soup bases to choose from. The sushi meanwhile ranged in quality - everything was good, but the specialty rolls tended to be the better than the simple tuna or salmon rolls.As for the dining experience, it was easily 5 stars. The entire restaurant is immaculately clean, and all of the appliances are brand new and in great working order. And the staff are some of the friendliest, most hospitable people you will ever meet. This will absolutely be our go-to hotpot restaurant in the future.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options, including a couple of types of sushi rolls, two hot pot soup bases, and tofu, eggs, corn, choy, etc. for the hot pot/BBQ.
